I wish Tyler himself knew what a scam this is. I ordered a hoodie at Christmas time and there wasn't an issue and the quality was great. It was ridiculously expensive but my daughter loves Tyler so taking her to his concert and purchasing merch is all I can do!
Her birthday just passed and this time her $75 order never showed. Auto generated email replies with useless info and my order number seems not to exist anywhere! Phone numbers I found are not in service and the address listed appears to be a storage unit.
I reported to my bank to dispute and they were very helpful and my next step is going to the Better Business Bureau. These people need to be stopped.

Golf Wang, yeah this company is a wang alright. They suck, no customer service, no follow up email of shipping, I don’t expect to get my order. Bogus, S.H.I.T company. Tyler the creator-get involved in your own company and stop stealing money from people. Get your S.H.I.T together dude!!!

This company doesn’t even deserve a star. The worst company ever. I’m mad at my own self for not even reading the reviews first before I made a purchase. I bought a sweatshirt then didn’t even get the correct order. Took them a week of me threatening them and following up before some pretend person answered me to then once again be ignored. I was told they didn’t have what I ordered which is why I got what I did. What kind of business is this?? It’s not and It’s a scam and their product is absolute trash. Please DO NOT buy from them. Really absolutely not worth the money nor your time of getting a headache over complete trash of a company and product.

DO NOT BUY. I bought a shirt that was in stock on Black Friday, and they canceled my order 10 days before Christmas and told me I wouldn’t receive a refund for 8-10 business days. Told me I could place a new order, but obviously with no discount or anything. I’m a college student, so I just can’t afford to replace the item I tried to buy my younger sibling without a refund. Cannot believe that Tyler the Creator associates his name with this scam of a brand…

Buyer beware !! This company is not legit. Placed an order and did not receive an email confirmation. I tried calling and the number was out of service so I tried to email them and it came back undeliverable. They post that their staff will contact you, but never do. Needless to say, I never received my merchandise and don’t expect to.

At our 19-year old's request, we ordered a $125 "Mystery Bag." It was non-returnable, and we should have known better. It included two hideous shirts that no one would ever wear (plus a Golf) face mask. They clearly use this to unload the junk they couldn't sell otherwise. They might have some good products, but buying sight unseen with this company is insane. They earned one star because you can't submit with no stars.

Don't bother, you won't get your order!
Similar to other reviews, we ordered in November 2021 and as of the end of Feb 2022 we still have not got our order. I have contacted customer service and they keep saying I can't have a refund as its in "pre-shipping" whatever that means.
Companies that normally deal like this go bust.
Won't be using again.

I’m starting to think this company is a scam. I placed an order on 12/1/21 for $450. It is 2 mos later and I have not even gotten a response from “customer service” explaining the delay or giving me a time frame of when to expect my package. I just want my money back at this point but there has been NO communication. I would never ever ever ever EVER buy from Golf EVER again!

I ordered a Tyler sweet shirt back in October for my grand daughters Christmas present it is now February and still no sine of it ,have emailed them constantly but a complete waste of time It is now march and all I get is stupid emails saying it has been shipped and will be delivered in the next 5 to 10 days but no actual parcel

Don’t buy! I placed an order at the end of November, I’ve just received the order. It’s been over 2 months.
Bought for a Christmas present which obviously now is a waste of money.
The mystery box items are rubbish quality and the “accessories” I got were a mask and a poorly printed small poster.
Two of the tees came without packaging and look like they’ve been worn. Absolute terrible quality too.
Just don’t bother wasting your money.

Brought from wang multiple times and never been disapointed, if you order during holiday season then it takes awhile most mfs who write these reviews are older mfs prob buyin stuf for their kids, just gotta have patience when buyin in the holidays, my order still aint here, when i did in 2020 it still took around 2-3months, but non holiday around 1month. ive seen reviews of bad quality but my products always been clean af, i'll always support this darn stuff

I placed my order on 05 Dec 2021 and it still says its processing my order over a month later. I emailed their customer support and received a non deliverable response. Just want to cancel and get my $ back.

If there was a zero, they would have it. Ordered my $200 worth of clothing for a Christmas give for my granddaughter the day after Thanksgiving. It is now 01/06/2022 and it still hasn't arrived. Sadly my granddaughter had nothing from me to open. I wrote to them several times, and I was told to download an app that would track the shipping number. However, they didn't give me a shipping number until over a month later. And their customer service number is not a valid number. They also charged me taxes on Clothing, my state doesn't charge tax on clothing, and they said it was impossible to refund me my money. Beware.

Ordered a mystery bag for my Grand-daughter on 24 Nov 2021, Paid $30 for shipment alone! Now 04 January 2022 and Customer support still claiming it is 'Awaiting Shipment'. Been over a month and they haven't even put my order in a bag for shipment??????

Now 18 Jan 22 and product has STILL not even been packaged for shipment! Now heading for 2 MONTHS since order 😡

How does it take a month to pack an order? Absolute scam. Customer service response is generic and p*sspoor. Expensive Xmas gift for my teenager gone very wrong. Don’t waste your time.

I purchased many items for my daughter’s larger more expensive Christmas present mid November. Still hasn’t even shipped. When I email since there is no number about my order they have no answers. So I’m paying hundreds of dollars for overpriced clothing that has no customer service and can’t even ship items in a timely manner.
