I wish I could give them 0 stars, this is the worst company ever. I ordered my package October 21 and it is December 13 and my order is still just placed. They have an automatic email sent out from their customer service and I know people who have ordered from there and got their stuff later then I did.

Such a shame as I love Golf's clothing, but their shipping is just too untrustworthy and the wait times are just too long to order from them online. I bought a jacket which never came and after weeks I never even got a shipping email for, managed to get my money back and just ended up buying it in the store there and then. If you're near London I wouldn't recommend ordering from the website and I'd just go in the store as the staff are really helpful and friendly.

Terrible customer service! I somehow ended up confirming the wrong size hoodie. When I wrote and asked how to exchange, they told me "all sales are final". I cannot wear this and after two requests of customer service to help me exchange they continue to Stonewall me. In this day and age, Online Retail (e-commerce) should easily be able to accommodate exchanges. Customer satisfaction should also be important. Clearly this company does not have the ability to accommodate exchanges nor do they care about their customers' experience OR the products they are providing. I will never order through Golf Wang again! And Tyler, The Creator should be ashamed of himself for creating such a teribble e-commerce store and experiance. Terrible customer service!

Jeg købte to af deres mystery boxes men fik ingen mail eller besked om hvornår jeg vil modtage pakkerne. Der endte med at gå 3 måneder hvor jeg skrev med kundeservice 4 gange alle gange uden hjælp og en enkelt gang hvor de begik en stor fejl som gjorde at jeg kontaktede DHL (dem som stod for fragten) på golf sangs vegne. De erkendte ikke deres fejl og mine penge blev returneret uden undskyldning, forklaring, eller nogen form for kompensation

Terrible customer service doing irreparable damage to the brand. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Waited two months for my order and missed Christmas even though they told me repeatedly that the order would reach me in time. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from this brand.

Until these fuckheads stop using the absolute joke of a shipping service DHL I would stay FAR AWAY from GolfWang.com. You're probably off just buying resale.

would give it 0 stars if i could. parcel turned up 4 months later after i had made a charge back claim. probably won’t be getting the money now and won’t be given any as compensation. never replied to my emails/ instagram messages. shocking

Ordered 2 items, a hoodie and shoes, on December 2 and have still not received anything. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my daughter. Got an email on Jan 10 saying my order had shipped. Have been checking tracking every day and all it says is the label has been created. Today, got an email saying one of the things on my order had been refunded and yet another email saying my order had shipped with a different tracking number. Don’t even get me started on customer service. You can only email them and all you get is a response saying it will be shipped in 7-10 days. My daughter loves Tyler the Creator but I will never order from Golf Wang again.

Terrible company. Charges a flat rate of 10 dollars to ship, but takes them over a month to ship. I ordered 1 t-shirt on 12/08/2023. Shipping label was created on 12/15/2023. I just received a notice from USPS that delivery is expected on 01/19/2024. so I went over the whole tracking list and come to find out USPS didn't even receive the item until 01/12/2024. Don't waste your time or money on this company. If Golf Wang would like to dispute my claims, I will happily post evey saved page, every e-mail and the complete tracking schedule from USPS of this transaction.

I wouldn’t even give it 1 star. This has been by far the worse experience buying online ever. I ordered Dec 8th and I have yet to receive anything. Very disappointed with service as they could not even give you a straight answer when they would even ship items. False advertisement on website as it says items ship 5-7 days from order date and here we are over a month later and nothing. Will never buy from there again.

My nephew asked for a sweatshirt for Christmas. It wasn’t cheap. I got a ship confirmation email on December 15 but yet on December 22 tracking said label created. I contacted them via email, they do not have a phone number. I did not receive a reply today the day after Christmas I get an email not in response to my customer service but updated tracking saying it’s out for delivery. I’ll believe it when I see the product. This company is a sham.

The absolute worst. Placed an order on Nov 28, received an email on Dec 8 with a tracking number, but although a shipping label was generated on that date, it is 5 days before Christmas and it STILL hasn't shipped. My 11-year old loves Tyler the Creator and the Golf line, but he won't be getting another thing from Golf. Unless you don't mind waiting months for your items, don't bother. Completely unprofessional, and it's obvious they have zero respect for their customers.

Order products on a drop date Novemeber 20th, it's the week before Christmas and nothing has been shipped. The only thing they keep saying is it will be shipped in 7 to 10 days, and can't guarantee it will be there before Christmas. Completely, unacceptable. However, they have no problem burying my inbox with order before Christmas.

Terrible! They say 2-3 weeks until it ships, I ordered 4 weeks ago and nothing! I emailed them because God knows there is no phone number, they respond and it said sorry but it’s going to be another 2 to 3 weeks before we ship it and then 7 to 10 days to arrive to me. I ordered November 12 wanting it for Christmas and it’s not even gonna be here for Christmas, unacceptable ridiculous. Their company is unprofessional and a joke in my opinion. They have no comparison with any other business running it that way. good luck. It’s like they have no idea how to run a business. They should be embarrassed.

The order has been placed on the website more than 2 weeks ago, shipment label has been created more than week ago, considering the fact that their shipping point is less than 30 miles from where we live , it's unacceptable. I can't cancel and request my money back because they are charging 30% restocking fee + no one responds to the emails or phone calls , will never order from them again, I don't care how much my daughter likes this brand.

I did not run into any problems when ordering from here. Got a bit nervous when I saw the rest of the reviews here, but my package showed up on time coming to Canada. Hope everyone else’s experience can be as good as mine.

Garbage company. Took an order from my son and never delivered. I check our mail daily and would know if a sweatshirt arrived. No shipping notice, no customer service, no follow through. Buy confidently anyplace else because you couldn’t do any worse than dealing with this place.

We bought a bees hoodie last year from American. It was very expensive but the quality was good and is still going strong. Ordered the call me if your lost t shirt and hoodie about 3 months ago £120. They arrived today. This time they came from Europe. The quality of both the t shirt and hoodie are very poor. I’ve seen better down the market. Save yourselves some money and don’t bother.

I gave it (1) star because they didn’t have a half star to choose from. The company has nice items on the website. But in terms of shipping the products out. They are Pathetic!!!! It’s been almost (2) months and all I ordered was (1) hoodie and (1) measly t shirt. And they still cannot give me updates. This stuff ain’t even for me, it’s for my Son. Horrible, Pathetic. Just plain Sorry as hell. Next time I’ll go on Amazon, or eBay.
