It was easy though mysterious.
It was easy, but as a novice to these processes, there was too much mystery as to the internal workings of the money exchange. I was nervous and rather alone until the exchange was verifiably successful.

Do not like their website.
Do not like their website not being up to date. I was told you must call to find out your investment amount. Fees are oddly invoiced. You should be able to know everyday the true amount of your investment.

Over charges on fees
This company charges $100 to manage my silver account. what is there to manage with just silver? No stocks or bonds that must be managed so they can be sold and bought to make money. They do charge a storage fee of $100 this is ok. they must keep the silver in a vault. Now they charging a fee to send paper invoices. I am removing my money.
