I bought a British Pullman train ride for my parents wedding anniversary. They had an amazing time and the Golden Moments team were a pleasure to deal with

What a fantastic and first rate experience. Nothing too much trouble for the team on the train journey. Food was excellent and the service second to none. We will certainly partake in this type of adventure again. Many thanks for making the day very special.

I received a Golden Moments day at the races gift certificate for my Birthday. The event I wanted to use exceeded the amount. Natalia advised me how to obtain my day by adding to the gift.

Natalia did a good job organising a refund for an experience that realistically wasn't going to happen due to COVID restrictions. Thanks to you Natalia for making it painless and straightforward.

The Irish website is very dodgy trying to get in touch with them and never received a reply cannot order what has been gifted to me .Finally got through this morning A guy answered put me on hold for 20 minutes and I hung up ??? Whats the game ?

Dealt with Natalia to book a trip with my partner for his birthday. I was surprised to receive such great personalized service though their messaging facility and the process was really easy. Thank you Natalia!

No 90th birthday gift has arrived in time for 90th birthday from the Ireland branch of this company. unable to get through on their telephone number, no idea if the number is the company’s as straight to automated voicemail. No reply via 2 emails. Frustrating and not cheap at £110. I sent several messages to this company stating I needed the gift by today and offered to pay any extra postage. No idea of tracking number or courier. Very disappointing.

Received a horse racing gift voucher in Christmas 2019 which was due to expire March this year. Due to the pandemic they were nice enough to extend the voucher by 4 months however the experience since has been nothing short of shambolic. Now that we are able to attend events again I tried activating my voucher and was told on their website I'd receive another email within 3 days.... it's been a week and still nothing. Have tried emailing twice and no reply. Have tried calling and no one answers the phone.

Update:
A day after this review I was contacted by GM to arrange tickets for a fixture of my choice. I requested a pair of tickets that were equal to more than my voucher and offered to pay the excess; this was due to their not being many high quality meetings on before 20th July that were logistically possible and most racecourses only have cheap £15-20 general admission tickets on offer at the moment. I was told that everything would be done to source these but lord behold the person dealing with me disappeared off the face of the earth, even after I emailed requesting an update. 6 days later a different employee messaged asking for me to follow a link and pay the extra money so that the tickets could be arranged; I did so within 15 minutes and informed them so. Radio silence yet again until a 5 days later (today) I decided to phone up after numerous unanswered emails... this is where it gets even better. The gentleman on the phone checked with the person dealing with my booking who informed him that the tickets had been ordered and they were waiting on them being posted. Nearly three hours later, after I have booked a hotel near the venue, I receive and email claiming that they are unable to source the tickets and ask I'm able to attend on one of the two days previous.

This is hands-down the worst customer experience I have ever had and have had to request a refund for the extra I paid and have informed the person who gave me the voucher of what's happened so that they can request a full refund.

Do not deal with this company.

Ordered a gift and was supposed to receive an digital e-certificate within 3 days. Haven't received anything. Tried to telephone the number provided and no one answers the phone and have had no response to three emails I have sent.

Ordered a book subscription for 6 months for my mums birthday and it never arrived, chased and said they were looking into it and never got back to me. Steer clear of them

I bought a gift for my boy friend for Christmas but the contact address is not longer available to book the flight. I can’t reach the customer service via email or live Chat. Really poor service. Still not sure if it’s a fake shop!?

I ordered a Xmas present of personalised colouring pencils for my wife. They arrived on time but were if such poor quality that they are unusable. They break when used and if you try to sharpen them they break. Do not buy this product.

We have just been on a day trip on the Northern Belle with tickets purchased through Golden Moments UK.
Due to the covid 19 pandemic I had lots of questions before booking the trip and just before we went. Ralph was extremely helpful and patient making booking the trip very easy.

Moms and dads trip got cancelled due to Covid and moved to November, with everything being so up in the air and mom isolating I contacted to see if we could move it to the original trip they were on just next year and this was completed without hesitation !!! Very happy with the service and speed all of this has been dealt with

After placing my orders via Golden Moments I am very happy with the website, ease of use, customer service and communication. Communication from Ralph has been excellent, polite and attentive, can not fault! Excellent service with a personal caring touch, other sites need to take note. Highly recommend, thank you Ralph too.
