Smooth process
The process went very smoothly from my first enquiry about the possibility of having an insurance policy through to setting up automatic payments for the insurance once I was approved. I am really pleased with the service provided and would highly recommend Golden Insurance to others especially seniors the process was smooth and easy to understand every step of the way.

My application was done via telephone
The process was easy , the agent spoke clearly , was very patient and ensured I understood the process and my entitlements. He encouraged questions and my cover was effective immediately.
