I was processed by a guy called Ryan, he was very clear and helpful. Excellent front line person, don't move him and keep him on with yous.

Perhaps more 'instant' than expected. I found the information quite straightforward on the initial phone call with all questions answered readily. However, I wasn't ready to commit to this outlay, no matter how much it interested me. I just needed some 'space' to decide and fortunately the text responses provided me with this. Eventually signed up and hope now that future communications can be via email, as I struggle to hear everything on the phone.

I was heard and my questions were answered clearly; it isn't always easy for a CSR to keep a smiley face and project that through the phone. Kudos to my CSR he truly did the company proud.
