Despite repeated attempts to get satisfaction on the faulty stickers on the back of the Gogosleep wristband (W308) I was stonewalled behind T&C as 35 days had passed. the worst customer service I have ever experienced and will never use this company again. they were incapable of answering where I might BUY some more stickers to make the product work. it is appalling service

If I could give zero star review I would, I purchased a neck fan costing £60, it arrived with one side working, I sent an email and 6 days later no reply. Definitely do not buy from this company, I’m going to seek legal advice to get my money back, I will post all over social media for everyone to avoid this company. Absolutely disgraceful, no wonder they have so many bad reviews !!!!!!!

Order never received, despite paying in full.

Don’t waste your time.

Horrible (non-existent) customer service. Did not receive a response to my email or subsequent follow up email. Shameful.

product arrived on time and is exactly as described. very pleased

Speedy dispatch and delivery.
Excellent products

Item never arrived. Emailed 3 times, with no response. Dispatched on 12th April and post office still waiting for item.

Didn’t receive my order and my contact attempts haven’t been repo fed to. I have no choice but to raise a dispute via the my bank.

I ordered earbuds. They came yesterday in a box from China. They won’t even turn on. Trying to reach customer service for a refund. Wish I would have read reviews before I bought these

part broken trying to get a reply from Peter at services
is asmost impossible .it is just bad manners not to reply .
sales service good just trying to get the part is proving
imposable

DO NOT USE! This company took my order, my payment and then never sent the item.

The online team never got back to me about my order, even after 3 emails. I have tried to cancel but doubt I will ever see a refund.

I think this company might be a total scam! Please do not use this company, I highly doubt you will ever receive your items.

Easy for the kids to make. Reasonably priced. Fast delivery.

Order has never been delivered even though I have paid for it. Tried to contact via email twice but no reply.

Only part of my order arrived. Was promised by “Peter” that a replacement would be sent out. Never received, no further communication from the company, no sign of a replacement item or a refund. Would not use again or recommend :(

Item arrived in well packaged box on time many thanks.

So easy 😉😁 and prompt delivery 😉🚚🚚🚚 very pleased with my purchase

A pleasure to do business with, fast and efficient shipping. No worries or problem

Great price. Communication. Quick delivery. I will definitely use this company again.

I purchased a set of earbuds that were a rebranded set of Chinese fakes that were made with the cheapest quality plastic and with none of the advertised features such as ANC for example. When I contacted them to claim a refund they withheld the return shipping address and only offered partial refunds. Firstly a 20% then a 30% one with an additional handling charge of £5 that is not part of their return policy, which felt more like a threat, the way that they worded it.The earbuds are not worth £5 on their own let alone the £61 price they charge with a £11.75 handling fee. Luckily I used Paypal and managed to get a full refund. Do not buy anything from this company, avoid them like the plague, as they use false advertising and fake reviews.
