Really easy to order and quick to…
Really easy to order and quick to deliver the food. The lady who delivered was really friendly and it is nice to be able to order from more of our local restaurants because of this service.

Polite drivers & great service!
Polite delivery driver & food came in great time! Never had an issue with my orders with GoGetters & can always rely on someone to update me if there ever is an issue, which is very rare! Love GoGetters!

Ordered 4.30
Ordered 4.30. Nothing happened until 6pm. Driver arrives 6.20. Part of order missing chips cold like cardboard and ice cream melted. Restaraunt tells me it was picked up at 5, GoGetters days not.
1. Why so long to pick up when you advertised 30-40 mins delivery
2. Who was lying about when food was picked up? Delivery drivers tracker conveniently ‘wasn’t working’

Ordered cos I’m poorly and wanted quick food before sleeping - do t waste your time with gogetters, use someone else

Two out of two orders an hour late.
Second order through their app. The first order was late because the delivery driver decided not to use the postcode and went to the wrong town. Second time kept pushing back to over an hour late. App deleted, will never use again.

Dreadful. Ordered a curry at 18.10 to be delivered at 19.30. 21.08 still no food and no idea when it will be delivered!!!

The mark up on here is extortionate…
The mark up on here is extortionate compared to the cost of buying the food instore, plus all the extra fees at checkout. For an item that costs £16 instore it costs £24 on gogetters and an extra £7 on top for delivery fees! Delivery takes a very long time too, always comes way past it's expected time.

Customer service is dreadful
Customer service is dreadful, left us waiting for 30 mins when we contacted them after our food was due to arrive. Got fed up and called the restaurant - they knew nothing about our order.
All it takes is good communication and sorting an issue when’s it’s raised. Not how it seems to be handled here…

We now have a new Live Chat feature that allows quicker and more efficient troubleshooting between customers, stores and drivers. This means that messages are dealt with more rapidly and service is far smoother.

Horrendous
Decided to try them again, but same service issues. I waited two hours for a cold kebab. Then received a call where I was basically told I’m lucky it wasn’t longer given how close to Christmas it is. It was 2nd December. I emailed again to complain but all they offer is some money off, if you give them your business again!
They’ve taken my money and not offered the service promised.

This is my third order through this app…
This is my third order through this app but never again. I placed an order which gave me a delivery time of an hour and a quarter but I waited because I love the food. The. 10 mins before delivery is due I get an update of a further 1.5 hours. Talked to the restaurant and they has only had it for 15 mins. Won't use this app again.

Replacing my earlier review with this positive review. The company have been extremely helpful in trying to resolve an issue with my food delivery. It seems in this instance that the restaurant was at fault rather than GoGetters.

Had a few issues with the service and…
Had a few issues with the service and unfortunately they give the restaurants that they take orders for a bad name. Overall I'd recommend avoiding gogetters if you can get food delivered by any other means. They're a last resort.

The company is a joke
The company is a joke - took my order - took my money
called me to say they cant deliver the food and would I like a refund. I said yes and then I was informed it will take 7 days for a refund .
WHAT A JOKE!! 7 DAYS ? shame on you

Thank you for your review. Sometimes a restaurant will tell us that they are unable to fulfill an order, and we have to cancel. Unfortunately, the time it takes for refunds to clear wholly depends on banks and not us. We are advised to state 5-7 working days ut generally refunds clear in around 3.
I am sorry for your experience, but hope this explanation gives clarity on what happened from our end.
