The video call was making me feel a bit anxious but as soon as it started I was put at ease and it was all very easy and straight forward, it only took 9-10 mins. Meaning that they have a record, which in the event of claim would make it hassle free.

I recently had a claim refused and was after information on how I could challenge the claim.

The customer representative was very unhelpful and defensive. Speaking in a fair aggressive tone when I was only trying to understand the challenge process.

Really easy to do, you just do a quick video call showing around your house for everything to cover. Very simple and the lady prompted me what to show (as easy to forget on the spot!) Very happy with the service.
