Kingsdene have managed my flat in Leeds for over 15 years and have always been very responsive and helpful. They have found excellent long term tenants and, as I live some 90 miles away, have made the process of renting simple for me. Lela and Laura are both a delight to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have their property managed.

From first advising us on how to rent our property to quickly signing our first tenants the Kingsdene team have been excellent. Their attention to detail on all matters relating to renting our apartment has made the process for us so much easier and without their expert knowledge on the law, market rates, credit checks, marketing etc we wouldn't have been able to rent out our apartment. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you Lela and Laura for all that you do for us.

Faye was very good and helpful overall . However, when we went to the office to show our passports, Faye was on her break, so another colleague named Victoria came to assist us.

Unfortunately, Victoria was very rude and unprofessional in the way she spoke to us. Her attitude was disappointing and made us feel unwelcome. It was a very unpleasant experience, especially after the excellent service we received from Faye. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that other customers do not have a similar experience

Kingsdene has provided an excellent service throughout our tenancy. We would definitely recommend them. They are very professional and friendly. Especially, Catherine Payne - we never had any difficulties dealing with her as our Property Manager. You would know that she knows what she is doing. She is also lovely and respectful. We really appreciate her honesty, and the help she provided during our tenancy is excellent. We thanked as well, Victoria Whelan who was the one who helped us from viewing the space and securing our flats. She is also very helpful and accommodating.

A massive thank you to Laura and Lela who have supported all the paperwork for my new home in Leeds so professionally and timely. I have been really impressed with how quick they have got back to me with my questions, with the general tenancy process and altering my tenancy start date to accommodate me coming from a fair distance.
Getting the keys to the flat was also very quick and easy, and I was pleased to receive a welcome email the day before outlining any out of hours contacts to have. This proved useful as on my move in day, I discovered a leak by the toilet and contacted the out of hours manager, who referred me to the Kingsdene maintenance portal. Two days later a contractor was able to come out and review the leak. So far I am pleased with this service and hope it continues for the rest of my tenancy at Leeds.

We rented a property in Leeds through the Leeds branch of Kingsdene and, like many of the reviews I have seen, suffered at the hands of property manager Sam.
After various repairs were reported and never done (or reported as we later found out) we discovered bed bugs on the property in the summer and had an ongoing issue with them. At first the landlord upheld his duty to exterminate the bed bugs and then when we reported them as an ongoing issue decided not to. We had also highlighted the lack of repair and an ongoing issue with a leaking roof that seemed to be getting worse and negotiations became hostile. When I asked where reports were for repairs during the tenancy after our 6-month inspection, nothing was forthcoming.
As has been said repeatedly in previous reviews, there is little to no customer service once you are moved in as a tenant.
The property manager sided with the landlord at all points and made no pretence about this. We were left having to move and destroy a lot of property for fear of transmuting bed bugs and when it came to get our deposit back were charged almost the entire amount and had to go via the TDS where due to the lack of time and the decrease in my personal health due to this distress and discomfort of this matter which I had made the property manager aware of on several occasions, I had very little time to present evidence and almost half of the deposit was deducted for "repairs" which both the landlord and the management company knew was issues caused by a previous tenant. Attempts were made to charge us for big big extermination, which we were no liable for, and for an apartment deep clean which was not done prior to our move in. The check out report was added to weeks after we moved out by the landlord.
The landlord is currently selling the property with the agent.

I would exercise extreme caution as somebody renting with this agency as they are one of the most ruthless set of people I've ever dealt with and are well known now to local tenants union Acorn.
