One of the best businesses for dogs around. Lovely people over the phone, very caring and go above and beyond to make sure you and your pups are happy.
I wouldn't use any other busness for raw, the deals are amazing, my dog tries different food every time, we love the variety and new things are always being added to the site.

We have set up a weekly subscription for food deliveries. The company were extremely helpful with this and its so handy to know the delivery will be here each week. Great product and the dogs love their raw food and treats!

Great service! We have been using Go raw for a couple of years now. The food always arrives frozen and is well packaged. Also the dog loves it....which is lucky really.

My third order, fortnightly, 28 packs.
I wrote no substitutions, but received three bird feast that I'm not sure my dog will eat, 6 packs of it. No courtesy call to say they're out of stock of surf n turf, or choice of replacement. I did order 2 packs of three bird to try him with it. It's half defrosted, that's not good for chicken, or indeed any poultry. So now I'm 6 meals short, won't risk salmonella from refrozen poultry.
Sorry, Go Raw, you've lost my custom... hence this review. Should have read reviews before buying from you, because they're not good on here.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Go-Raw for nearly a year, and while the quality of the food is usually very good, I’m extremely disappointed with how this company handles things when they go wrong.

This is now the second time I’ve received a delivery that arrived partially defrosted, and this time the food had a strong off smell — clearly spoiled. I always order the same product, so I know this wasn’t a one-off. I suspect the issue stemmed from poor handling during the recent heatwave.

On top of that, stock availability is often an issue. I find myself having to check with them before each order to confirm when it will ship. This time, they had to wait for stock to come in, and I believe my order was sent out the same day it arrived at their warehouse — meaning it was in transit for two days and defrosted more than it should have.

The most frustrating part, however, was the customer service response: I was told I could return the product at my own expense for a refund. Expecting customers to cover return shipping for spoiled, unusable raw meat is completely unacceptable. It’s the seller’s responsibility to ensure perishable goods arrive in suitable condition.

Sadly, unless Go-Raw improves both their shipping reliability and customer service, I won’t be placing any further orders.

First time ordering on Sunday 5th, so expected it to be sent out by the 9th, maybe arriving on 11th. That didn't happen, website says delivery in 3-5 working days mainland uk( scotland) , it arrived today the 14th! I emailed querying where my items were on the 9th, no reply. I called go raw ( phone message states to email the address I had already tried) so I held on to speak to someone. I was told by the person that they had to wait for my items to be in stock, that's what caused the delay so it was sent out on the 10th, that doesn't explain why it took a further 4 days. I then queried why i wasnt emailed about the delay and was told it was the directors of the companys policy not to email customers unless they contact go raw first. I did that and didnt get a reply. The label on the packaging says it was trunked up on the 13th! £20 for delivery and it took 9 days ( not counting 5th). Seriously need to look at keeping customers in the loop. I had to source emergency food from elsewhere ( coincidently ordered on the 9th and arrived 11th...)
I won't be using this company again, and I would recommend any one reading this review not to use either if you cant wait over a week for delivery, very bad first impressions

Sadly we have to say goodbye to Go Raw,not because of their faults but due to the change to DPD delivery,we spent half the day yesterday trying to find our parcel,the driver sent a picture of where he dumped it but that was just a blank picture.We eventually found it had been dumped in a neighbours log store in his back garden,sign outside with house name not ours so I can only assume that the drivers cant read as they drove straight past our large farm sign.
Go Raw staff where very helpful but even they could get no sense from DPD but their products and great.

When the company delivered their own goods it was a great service but since they changed to DPD it is a disaster.
Our experience on the 7/1/25 was a joke,DPD notified a delivery time and after that time we had a confirmed delivery BUT TO WHERE the picture was a blank screen.
So after much time spent on the phone we got no where but after spending hours searching where DPD dumped the parcel it was found at the back of a house along the lane dumped in their log store.
We are now asking all our suppliers that they dont send goods to us by DPD.Sadly we will not be using GoRaw in future only because of the delivery service,their products and customer service are great.

Just placed my second order with this company. On both occasions, if an item has been out of stock - a very friendly member of staff has called me while in the warehouse to ask which alternative I would like. I can hear them digging through the freezers to give me options! It’s really appreciated.
For today’s order, I got a call within 20mins of paying, to explain that DPD had not collected yet, so they were already packing my order, and it would be out for delivery tomorrow.
Again, brilliant service. Thank you very much!

My French Bulldog is a very fussy eater. I've tried everything I could think of to get her to eat. One day she'd relish her food and the next day she'd turn her nose up at it. My friend recommended that I try the Go-Raw shop in Swansea for advice. A lovely chap ( I think his name is Martin) served me. He's actually got Frenchies himself and is very knowledgeable about the breed. He suggested a couple of raw food options for me to try. I took his advice and bought some. My girl has consistently eaten her food now for ten days!! She's happier, I'm much less stressed and we have zero food waste. Her coat even appears shinier. From now on I'm going to be a regular customer. Thank-you Go-Raw and Martin for all your help.

I’ve ordered from you for a long time. I recently changed address and for the last two delivery’s were always correct. But your company you use delivered to around £50 to an address that I hand not lived in for 9 months. I’ve emailed you 3 times now, and have nothing back !!!!!

Symptoms of pet; runny poop for over a year. It smelt like beyond imaginable, over weight ..... First week of eating raw Dunham go raw pet food Venison. 465g
Sick over two days, 3 x grey looking, plausible answers hair balls. On examination looks like hair. 1 x white foam. Empty stomach and hungry.
The smaller amounts of raw food needed are all plausible and reasonable answers...

Persistence is the key!!!!!! Yes some packs are different in colour, some have more blood, some more bones, some more fat etc.
Plausable solutions. They love the blood so feed it when available.
Cut the fat/etc up into little pieces, they love that too.
Take the big bones out, but leave them if you can as they are good for your pets. They know to eat it or not.

Result: I need to stuck to one variety for at least two weeks to correct all my pets issues. This food seems to be working. So I love this food. My cats woof it down. Yes I know I should have the cat version with taurine but as I said I need to stick with this at least two weeks and that will not harm them for that amount of time, plus vet adviced.

I am one week in; none of my cats have been sicked since, the one with symptoms in the first two days, not even for eating fast, as they were ravenous for the first week. The poop issue is better but we continue with persistence still.

Plausible answers I feed them less and only once a day. Previously double the amount and twice a day. Before four times a day. I was chained to them with no break and costing a lot of money on rubbish food, rubbish treats, they left most of it. Anyhow.....

Durham Go Raw pet foods...... I am happy for the price and the ratio of quality of food it almost looks like I could grill it. I am happy it can weigh more as I have five cats. I am happy they poop less, it is less smelly, and I have saved money all round, on litter, food, treats. They are more chatty and more loving towards each other. So what is there to complain about.

My pets need all the insides etc, bone marrows and vitamins to be healthy and they all look and act really healthy according to the vet I am doing the right thing and Durham Go Raw pet foods are helping me to do that, so we are all happy. So far I have bought from my vets so I cannot comment about delivery but I will use direct and happy to do this or continue from the vets. Both is good for me. **Have since heard back from them and waiting for a refund. There is NO excuse for leaving raw food outside someone’s house in direct sunlight for hours though so still won’t be using them again but happy that they have offered a refund to rectify matters**

First and last time I will use this company. It says in their website that when they deliver and no one is home thst they will try to phone you to see if there is a safe place to leave the delivery and if they can't get a hold of you they will take it back to their warehouse and deliver another day.

I got mine delivered on 17th July. Although I was in they decided not to knock on my door, or possibly I was out the back garden with the dog so didn't hear anyone at the door. They made no attempt to call me, no missed calls on my phone and certainly didn't take it back to the warehouse to deliver on a different day. They left it lying on my doorstep, on a terraced street in direct sunlight. I had no idea it was there until a neighbour knocked on my door and told me it had ben lying there for ages. 4 of the chubs had defrosted fully. 3 had to go in the bin because I only have one small dog so thy would have gone off befote he could eat them all. The rest luckily at the bottom of the box were still frozen. They weren't packed with any ice packs either so the raw food is defrosting from the moment it leaves their warehouse so there is a health risk for the dogs. They give no idea of delivery time either.

Another point is I asked for 10 mixed chubbs. Expecting a good variety but instead I got 4 salmon, 3 chicken mince and 3 chicken and lamb. And charged a tenner delivery for it to be dumped at my front door. Shocking company all round.

Went to the Swansea shop today and the guy in their was very helpful he help us find the correct food for our dog and told us about all the new foods he will be having in
