Having used Go Raw for many years, it takes quite a lot for me to leave a negative review, but this latest experience has been extremely disappointing.

The first issue is communication and delivery tracking.

I placed an order last week and then heard absolutely nothing for days. As someone ordering frozen food, I plan my week around deliveries. With no updates and no indication of when my order would arrive, I ended up organising my time around a delivery that I knew nothing about.

Late last night I finally received notification that delivery would be today. When I checked the tracking system, I was shown as number 62 of 67 deliveries. Today the tracking information appears even less useful, showing little more than a map of my local area without providing any meaningful indication of where the driver is or when delivery can realistically be expected.

I emailed Go Raw for clarification and have received no response.

The second issue is the notices now appearing regarding frozen products arriving thawed or not fully frozen. I find this concerning. Once an order leaves your premises, the customer has absolutely no control over how it is handled, transported or stored. Any deterioration in condition during transit is entirely outside the customer’s control.

These are two separate issues, but together they have seriously damaged my confidence in the company.

The food itself may be good quality and reasonably priced, but that is no longer enough. Reliable communication, accurate delivery information and confidence that products will arrive in the condition expected are fundamental parts of the service.

After years of ordering from Go Raw, I am now actively looking at alternative suppliers for my dog’s food going forward.

Both Bentley and tiggy was found on the streets of Greece as small pups so they missed out on good nutrition now they are on raw with go raw I know they are getting everything they need, great service

We are elated to finally visit the Bargoed store today where we were warmly welcomed along with our 1yo black Labrador, Duke. All the staff were helpful and knowledgeable, where we were not rushed nor treated like idiots. Duke was weighed and assessed and is now transitioning from cooked to, our new best place to shop, Go-Raw with their in-expensive mixes. He loves the quality, texture and quantity. Thank you to all the staff at Bargoed Go-Raw, see you soon.

Hopefully their quality is better than their driving (very poor and don't yield at roundabouts)

I have been with Go Raw for my dog's food for a few years but then at Christmas there was a mix up with the delivery price so I decided to try another raw food company . What a silly move, both my dogs ended up with constipation (too high bone content) itchy and flaky skin. I have now returned to Go Raw as my dogs were so healthy on their prime raw range!
( Durham feeds was the other company)

Well this was my first ever order and if this experience was anything to go by I've hit the jackpot!
The brands I wanted delivered superbly quickly, packaging spot on (in fact the box was so good I'll use it for my Internet business). Absolute top notch.

I have been been ordering from Go Raw since my two Cane Corso hounds were puppies. There has been so far, no problems regarding delivery or freshness. Extremely well packaged and labelled as l live in London. They have an extensive range of raw products, from minces to chunks and bones. If something is out of stock a member of staff will be in contact to discuss alternative options. Nothing is replaced without it being verified. Amazing customer service and I can not imagine using another company for any of my dogs needs. We love you woof woof woof woof. 🥰🥰🥰

Absolutely fab company so so friendly and helpful.
We took our Samoyed down to have her harness fitted and they were fab with her.
She absolutely loves the tripe mince and the turkey mince I’ve never given my other two dogs raw food but introduced it to them over the last 3 weeks and they love it.
What a fabulous place such a lovely friendly place.
And the prices are great

Getting raw food can be awkward and HEAVY to carry when you have 3 large dogs to feed. Go Raw makes it easy with their subscription service. The delivery is always when you expect it and it's delivered in packaging that keeps the slubs frozen. Thank you

Go Raw have been fabulous, it’s very hard to find a good raw food supplier, I can honestly say Go Raw have given the best customer service, the meat is great quality, at last my dogs now love meal times. Thank you Go Raw

I Wanted to leave a new review for Go Raw as my last one was not the best but that was due to DPD rather than Go Raw themselves.

My last couple of deliveries have been with whoever their new delivery company is and it's a vast improvement over DPD.

Instead of getting my delivery scattered across 2 or 3 vans at some point between 8.30 am and whenever they feel like it, it now turns up on one van fairly early in the day.

Love this company always sort you out and really great customer service amazing value

I’ve been using Go Raw for a while now and will continue to do so. I like the range of food on offer, the ease of ordering and the way it comes packaged, delivered right to my door. My Griffons love the raw food and bark for their dinner every day. They are very happy boys! 🐕🐕‍🦺

I have used Go Raw for years now.
Im lucky to have 2 local stores, both of which carry a vast variety of makes and proteins/flavours, treats, supplements and various other goods.
Staff are always welcoming and very helpful with queries and advising on problems with the dogs regarding food allergies etc, and they don't just push you at the most expensive brands as their answer like a lot of places do!
I love their regular offers too, as we all need to save money where we can.
Highly recommended!

Really honest approach to deliver in hot weather. Good quality food and a fart free house!

Our dog loves the raw chunks and bones, the order is always delivered fast and packaged well. We have had a few items substituted however they always call and ask if this is ok which we appreciate.

What’s very suspicious also is since my and someone else’s original negative review about the meat smelling and being inedible and quality going down , high delivery charges etc - the company suddenly have several great reviews which have brought their rating back up - something else smells off now. I haven’t sent a complaint as the company have a disclaimer to say they take no responsibility for meat arriving spoilt so what’s the point they didn’t address the odd claim though that you can refreeze meat up to 3 times

Great food for the pup with brilliant customer service, staff are knowledgeable and the delivery service is really handy!
