Great company that I use regularly, product is always as ordered and if there are any issues they call you up and tell you! ( how refreshing is that!)
Friday offers by text are welcome and can sometimes surprise with a bonus discount. The only issue I have found is I’m not getting any kind of order despatched notification, I get the confirmation of order then I have no clue as to when the order will be delivered until the day of delivery. It’s not a big issue but it would be handy to know that information. Great company, straightforward ordering process and good communication other than the despatch bit! Nice one folks.

This is the only food my dog will eat, she is not food driven at all and on top of that she has so many allergies so as you can imagine getting the weight up on her is really difficult and being a German shepherd she needs it. My only criticism is that there is now plastic wrapping on the blocks of meat. Having no wrap to deal with is what attracted me to this company

I have been using go raw since my dogs were 12 weeks old they are 4 and 2 now. I have never ever been let down when it comes to delivery or collection always have what I need and there is a wide variety of raw food even if my usual stuff isn't available. The staff are always friendly and helpful and they always have a good level off stock and plenty of options available.

Great communication, always call if they don’t have something in stock for delivery and will suggest something else if you need help. Super knowledgeable and extremely reliable! I just wish they’d bring back the 1.3kg own brand completes as it was so convenient, but they do have loads of variety at all price points. I’ve looked at almost every provider in the UK and these are the best value for money without compromising on quality.

Fantastic range of food. Someone is always available to help and advice. Their knowledge is first class. If they are low on stock of a particular item they call to offer suggestions. Nothing is too much trouble. Prices are competitive and delivery is first class.

The food is great my two love it and always get it within 2 to 3 days of ordering it any problem it gets sorted straight away staff are fab when you ring as well

Always polite, friendly, and prompt whenever I order, and if they run out of a flavour of raw food, they are willing to discuss what's best for the animal and substitute accordingly. The frozen food is always packed well and food stays frozen for a few hours after delivery. Such a lovely company to deal with

A regular customer for the last few years, I have always found their range of brands and competitive prices excellent. I often use their free delivery service for convenience, but like to pop into my local Newport branch where the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Added to this, their customer service is second to none - I always get a phone call if something I have ordered is not in stock, so that I can choose which substitutes I prefer.

Go Raw is the only place I shop for my dogs’ raw food, and for good reason. The range of choice is incredible there’s always plenty of variety to keep my dogs happy and healthy. The prices are excellent, with great offers available, and the quality is consistently top-notch.
