I did not download this app, £29.99 debited from my credit card for each of 3 months, I have no trace of this subscription on my iPhone list in current or otherwise, I emailed requesting cancellation and refund for something I never subscribed to, no reply from you

I would give it zero but that is not an option. total rip off. I had it one hour and cancelled. Not before pushing a few buttons which 50c charge showed up on my credit card. Useless app.. too much data entry. It is so bad i want my 6.50 back. beyond disappointment.

BEWARE !!! Please do not sign up for this app. Once you have paid your £0.99 for the app they raid your account for another £4.99, £6.00 and £19.99 for add ins you haven’t asked for

So I replied l am a pensioner this money puts food on the table and pay some bills have a heart
But they came back and just said sorry
No refund only four words
So this is a Scam site.
If I can save someone else the heartache of using this Mob I will and we’ll go on every single site until I’ve got the message out
It came on TikTok and when I went back to post against this it said the seller has discontinued communication
It would be good if the stuff worth, but there is no such thing as a Watch that contest blood sugars as the more people you ask and AI and Google they also say the same thing

DO NOT DOWNLOAD! This app is a scam. It does not work at all. Your blood sugar will not be tested unless you have a device already. But even worse are the outrageous fees. $29.99 per week, plus random $6.00 charges and a $1 the next week. It’s testing to see how much it can charge to your credit card.

I downloaded this app as it said that it could read my blood glucose through my apple watch. It did not. I did NOT sign up for a subscription and had no idea that I was being billed $9.99/week until I received my credit card bill at the end of the month. My cc company said that they could block further charges, but suggested that I contact the company. Of course, the company doesn't want to refund my money!

Une arnaque totale. L'application ne fait pas se quelle dit pouvoir faire. C'est à vous de rentrer les données. Cela fait deux mois que l'on me prélève 29,99 euros sur ma CB alors que ce n'était qu'un essai gratuit. Le login pour la desincription est impossible. Le service help demande des infos que je n'ai pas. Simplement du vol. Appli a éviter absolument.

I’m having to file a dispute with my bank to get back the rest of the charge and will have the back block them from ever making a charge on my card again. They tried pawning me off with a 50% refund and refused a full refund. I never even downloaded the app. I wonder how they got my contact and CC information. Thieves…

This app sells just by scamming. I was on Facebook and this app popped up. It said it will be charged ,99 cents for trial. Suddenly in my account I was charged 6,00€. I wrote to them 3 mins after I realized. They refused. Do not spend a penny on this app. The worst part is the app is not accurate, it does not work. Very nice way to earn easy money.

Downloaded the app for 99p. Found it not as advertised/not suitable, and immediately completed the cancellation form on their website - for which I received a confirmation. Checked my bank account later and found they went ahead and charged me a further £6 after confirming id cancelled.
Emailed them and was told I had to leave a 5 Star review on Trustpilot, screenshot it and send it to them before they would give me a refund.
Untrustworthy company in my opinion. I do not recommend.
(I contacted my bank to report their scam tactics and the bank refunded me my £6)

I initially found the app useful and signed up for a subscription. However, after cancelling the subscription, I noticed that charges were still applied to my card.

When I contacted customer support, I was informed that a refund would only be processed after posting a Trustpilot review. This was unexpected and made the refund process more complicated than it should have been.

I believe subscriptions and refunds should be handled transparently without conditions. I hope the company improves its billing and support process for future users.

I downloaded the app by mistake. It was easy to contact customer service and get this issue resolved and refunded. They responded promptly and professionally!

I downloaded app in error and sent email requesting refund. They responded to me quickly. Nice to deal with a company that is punctual

The app did not fit my needs! I needed something that is able to check my sugars and records. I am elderly and it’s hard for me to read and understand the directions.

The app wasn't quite what I wanted, but a prompt response to my request to cancel the subscription was great. However, I'm uneasy about the request to post a review before receiving my refund.

The app never worked as advertised. It could not read blood sugar at all, the system was extremely unstable, and the app was basically useless.

Lets see if cancelling does actually work

I thought this would be what I wanted i mistaken downloaded it but it’s not for me, however I think it is a good app for other people to have.
