You have came on this review and responded and explained more than you have done to me I am the one who paid you . You want to look professional to the world and pretend to be this professional business that you are not . Because if you were I would have had corrected documents. You never to this day removed collaborating minds that I told you from the beginning not to include. I have to suffer and loose money because you did not listen How was I speaking inappropriately. I only spoke facts . I Said you do not know what you are doing which is true .
You did not listen . Which is true . You haven’t answered the phone since I paid you which is true . You never corrected ANYTHING. Which is true. You refuse to accept responsibility of your actions. Had you actually listened to what I said we wouldn’t have this problem. You have templates that you use nothing is customized. You do not have the right documentation for residential care home .Stop taking people money and knowing that you do not provide customized services. You want me to pay you for services that you can’t provide is crazy . That’s your fault you still added something that i verbally told you not to. What’s the point of having a phone consultation if you are not going to listen to your paying customers and do what you want and want customers to pay for something you have know knowledge of . 1500 is a lot of money to just throw away. Then you email me with an attitude after I left my review . I know you didn’t think I was going to not warn others about your unprofessional behavior and lack of knowledge. If I can help others not loose money I will do so. Everyone comes to you because they are in the process of opening a business. It is very disappointing and frustrating to loose money and have to pay someone else to do what you falsely advertised that you could . Again if I we had a conversation stated that I was not going to include collaborating minds to my policy and procedures and you told me to stick to only residential guidelines which I agreed it was on a suggestion. Even with you continuing to add what i told you not to. Other things were missing. I sent you over the policy chart that the state gives to go by you still didn’t provide me with the right documents and I gave you everything you needed to do so . You had them for months before I made payment for the service so you had plenty of time to look over them . That’s no excuse. You keep saying you prepared the documents . You did but they are not correct. So why do I have to accept documents that are not aligned with what I paid you for. If I tell you that I am not satisfied with your work. I should have to be told send them to the state and let them reject my application first before you do anything. That’s crazy and very unfair.Why do you want me to send them to the state knowing that .you still did not correct them when I express this to you several times. That they were incorrect.You stop answering the phone before you gave me the documents. Your unprofessional started right after payment. Way before I ever received incorrect documents from you.You have not answered the phone since payment. I stand on that .
