Great efficient service reasonably priced. Honest advice.

On time, reasonable price, left site clean.

Our boiler stopped working one evening with no prior warning. We called a plumber who charged us a £90 callout fee to tell us the gas valve was seized and that because of its age, he wouldn't feel comfortable replacing the part and recommended a new boiler. We opted for a second opinion and were recommended GlowZone. Alex and Bailey were prompt, friendly and tidy. They ran diagnostics and found that the original plumber had misdiagnosed the problem and reassured me that while the boiler is old, there's no need to replace it just yet. Within a couple of hours, the heating and hot water were back on and we were spared the expense of a whole new boiler. Can't recommend highly enough!

From making the appointment in person in the office to receiving and paying the invoice, the company was excellent. The cost of a service was very reasonable and well worth the money. Matt, our engineer, was so polite, friendly and efficient. He was patient with my novice questions and clearly very knowledgeable. He was a joy to have in our home! The local Worcester accredited office was very helpful and communicative.
The installer, Alex , was very personable and respectful and his manners were very reassuring. You felt you were in good hands.
.. He had a trainee / assistant with him that possibly needed to have been more closely supervised..and perhaps develop his soft skills a bit more.
(This is not a complain, just an observation.)
