I have placed a order GN19707 and when I email to find out when to expect my order I don't get any response from them. The service is poor rather cancel my order and get my money back

They always ban the users!
They always ban the users if someone reports you, even if everything is right, and if you are in the top of the leaderboard your get banned, that way you don't get the prize, in their discord are full of users that have this same problem, when you contact them you got unbanned because it was a "mistake" and you loose all you winnings!

G-loot can you help?
I give them 3 star beacuse the rocket league weekly brawl ended, and I was at the 5th place. I randomly got banned for playing multiple accounts (I started a new account). But i don't understand there is a guy who had like 176 goals scored and idk how he was not sus to anybody. So I want to know why I got banned and why i not get my 6500 coin. (And when i wanted to report that user with 176 goals i pressed the contact us button, loggined in and it got me back to the control panel). But totally I like the idea to get gift cards for winning games, playing brawl etc.

We work tirelessly to ensure all of our competitions are fair and we have several functions in place that prevents cheating. Please do report users you think might be cheating, and we'll thoroughly investigate on our side.
On the topic of multiple accounts, we do not allow the usage of several game accounts on G-Loot. As we've seen ande experienced that this can be abused on the site.
G-Loot is awesome.

G-loot does not track very well. Sometimes I play games where it tracks nothing and than the next game I join of the same game mode it tracks just fine. I rated 4 stars because it is likely a problem from my end. But I look forward to using G-loot for the foreseeable future.

Take very long to bay 20€valorant card.
I think its gonna takeee sooo long to have 16.000 coins to bay a valorant 20€ card its gonna take more then 4 Months thats why i give only 1 star.
