I have placed a order GN19707 and when I email to find out when to expect my order I don't get any response from them. The service is poor rather cancel my order and get my money back

Me bloquearam por motivos inválidos, e quando tento entrar em contato simplesmente ninguém responde. O pior de todos para conquistas. Não recomendo pra ninguém. Estava confiante que funcionaria, mas infelizmente fui banido por razões que não fazem nenhum sentido.

In general, bans occur when our anti-cheat and internal systems flag behavior on a players account that goes against our TOS or rules for competing on G-Loot.
Players are always welcome to reach out and appeal this if they feel a mistake as been made.
Based on the additional information you provided, I was informed by our player protection team that you did reach out to us and we responded to you asking for additional information which you provided. After which, we responded with our final decision regarding your case.
If there is still something you do not understand regarding your case, or you have additional information to support your appeal, don't hesitate to get in touch with our customer support team again. They will do their best to provide clarity on the decision and review any other information you can give them.

Tournaments on the site are terrible too unorganised L
Still enjoy the site except that was a big let down
Was waiting around for 3 hrs for nothing to happen only had 1 teammate join me out of 5. And barely anyone had their discord connected so was left unable to message our teammates
Solo queue big waste of time ..
And the team we were going against which were a full team and somewhat ready, were not in discord so the admins were gonna let us win XD. big joke tbf

Bans are usually not given out without reason - and is due to activity detected on your account that in someway goes against our rules of use or terms and conditions. However, you can appeal this with the support team if you believe it to be made in error.

I was sent a suspension/ban for cheating but was not actually cheating. Player protection is really off.

Hey - Thanks for your feedback. Maintenance is usually required when events we receive from Overwolf are not working. They can sometimes break due to game updates or patches, so we need to take time for them to be fixed. Without them, we cannot provide you with the missions or track your stats as needed. As such to ensure a good service we cannot release the maintenance until we are certain events are working again. While it is certainly inconvinient it is necessary, and unfortunately can take longer than we would like, sometimes. We are doing all we can to reduce maintenance downtime as much as possible, such as implementing API support in PUBG and Valorant and hopefully more games in the future. I will make sure this is passed on to the relevant teams, however.

Very trust worthy and free money
I have been actively using G-loot across apex and valorant the last few months and just got my first 20$ gift card. I am pretty average at games so I would say that gaining 20$ for free is quite a sweet deal. Also, the company is trustworthy to me (obviously) considering I received my gift card.

It's Good but I hope you guys help…
It's Good but I hope you guys help innocent playing people. I got banned for "Stats Manipulation" whereas I've been playing gloot for a long time and got my first reward back then. I don't even use smurf. The help center eventually stopped messaging me on how to unban me. I was 4th in the weekly brawl and I got banned for some reason. Some people just eventually report other people so that they can get higher place in brawl which is so disgusting.
UPDATE:
They actually still actually banned my account wrongfully. So yea im taking they ban accounts based on a single report.

In situations where you receive a ban it is due to our anti-cheat and internal systems picking up activity that goes against our rules, or breaches our terms and conditions. We investigate all of these cases thoroughly before making a decision.

For security purposes, we can only discuss these cases via our customer support team, as it may involve sensitive personal information and so that we can track and log everything properly.
Do not hesitate to reach out to the support team for further clarification on your case - especially if you do not understand the reasoning.
I understand where you are coming from in regards to false reporting and we also take this seriously. If we find players engaging in that activity, they are also subject to suspension from G-Loot.
I will make sure to pass this on internally so that we can work on improving this process.

Mir gefällt das Konzept sehr gut, im allgemeinen ist G-Loot sehr gut angelegt. Ich bin sehr zufrieden.
Ich fände es nur toll, wenn es noch eine Desktop-App geben würde, somit müsste man nicht immer auf die Internetseite.

Regarding bans they are never issued without a reason. Though I understand if you feel that it was issues unfairly. Bans only only occur when our internal and anticheat systems detect activity on your account that goes against our rules/terms and conditions for using G-Loot. To appeal these cases, you do need to speak with our customer support team, as they handle all of these types of cases.
As you mentioned you reached out to them already. If they have not got back to you yet, I would recommend replying to them on the ticket you opened with them, or if that is closed to create a new one, which you can do via this link: https://help.gloot.com/kb/en/contact
