When appealing a ban, make sure to provide the support team with as much information as possible and any they request from you. This is important for the Player Protection team, who will review your appeal and allow them to take the right action on your case.

Sorry to hear you are having some issues with getting your stats. If I might ask, which game was this for? As with Valorant, we have experienced some delays with stats coming in for players, but it should have been resolved now.

However, if you are still experiencing issues in getting your results either in Valorant or a different game, then you should open a ticket with our support team so they can look into the matter further for you, which you can do via this link: https://g-loot.co/contact_support. I did check with them to see if you opened one already, but we could not find one.

I am glad to hear that you like G-Loot so far! However, as you have given us two stars, what can we do to improve our services for you?

Based on your feedback, hopefully, the following can clarify some things.

For all free users - you have access to 3 missions per day. With a premium membership, you get access to 3 additional missions daily, bringing the total up to 6. As such, this allows you to gain extra XP and further level up your weekly reward ladder for some additional Tokens and Coins.

However, the primary way to earn coins on the platform is by competing and coming in top positions in the Brawl. These give out the most coins and can be earned with or without a premium subscription. If you do not have a premium subscription, you can purchase more Tokens directly from the shop if you run out.

Regarding the store options, the best ones for your region are our gift cards for Amazon.com and DRKN. We continually work to improve our Missions and other services, such as the store, to offer more varied options. Is there anything, in particular, you would like to see in the store for your region?

I checked with our support team and can see that you have a ticket open with them, which they will reply to as soon as possible. They will be able to assist you with the account issues you are facing.

Please note, as part of our terms of service, players on our platform can only connect one Riot ID to their G-Loot profile. This is in place to ensure fair competition and combat abuse of our rules through using smurf accounts, as an example. If you wish to change the Riot ID connected then support is able to change this once, but further account changes may not be possible to keep in line with our terms of service and rules for competing on G-Loot.

Regarding the issues with the tracker - without more information, it is hard to say what the problem might be, and so I would recommend you contact our customer support team, so we can explore this futher - you can create a ticket with them by filling out this form: https://help.gloot.com/kb/en/contact.

Regarding the currencies on G-Loot, we have Tokens that you earn by competing in Missions; Tokens are used to enter Brawls which reward you with Coins, which you can redeem for gift cards in our store. These cannot be converted into money and withdrawn.

Money rewards are part of the prize pools for our Monthly Showdowns which are team based tournaments. Any money winnings from participating in these can be withdrawn to Paypal or other withdrawal methods we offer.

Bans usually occur on our platform when our anti-cheat and internal systems flag suspicious activity on your account that is deemed against our TOS or rules for using G-Loot.

If you disagree with a ban, it's best to appeal this to our customer support team via help.gloot.com and create a support ticket.

Hey - Thanks for your feedback. Our customer support is handled through our support system, accessed on our main website with the support widget or via help.gloot.com. This is so we can track and record issues properly with internal teams. Our Discord server is primarily focused on community/social interactions. However, I will pass the feedback on to the support team regarding live chat and general efficiency so that they can consider this when making improvements to our support services.
