If I could give less stars I would,
Shocking service, no managers to deal with issues,
I’m owed over £1000 for over a month and a half and I just get ignored, promised call backs never happens, everyone passes the blame and no one takes accountability.
The worst service I have ever had.
I have given them chance upon chance to fix the issues and still they fail.
Steer well clear of this company run by people who do not have a clue a service.

NEVER EVER USE. shambles of a company they messed up once i gavethem a second chance never again over a month no goods and they have my money no response so have now lodged a charge back with my bank. witheld goods paid for already and demaning more money for delivery a complete joke i had to chase thme after a month for them to tell me oh sorry it wasnt dispatched it will be monday it never was and then they have the cheek to ask me for more money for delivery i will report and leave as many reviews as i can against them DO NOT USE

again you can see the reponse they admit a mistake made and want me to pay the extra after coming up to 2 months of having my pallet and me having to chase for it maybe if they took the time to imprive their business instead of writing replies on here that make them look evern worse their company wouldnt be in this mess . Maybe read the google reviews also of your business and take the time to improve your customer service instead of replying on here making yourselves look even worse

Ordered 3 items in July, didn’t arrive so after paying £20 delivery. A month later and after 3 phone calls got the delivery… But it only contains one item. Called again, the next item arrives 3 weeks later. Still awaiting my 3rd item, it’s October. No replies to emails. Terrible service won’t be using them again.

Do not buy from this company failed to deliver goods after phone calls and various emails they have now stopped responding since I asked for a refund. You just get pushed to different departments and get excuse after excuse. Never again total rip off. I’ve been doing auctions for well over 2 years and understand goods may be faulty I’m engineer and replace the broken parts and sell on as refurbished goods but to not receive the goods I’ve nothing to repair. I hope trading standards step in

I have finally received a refund after 2 months and 43 emails of asking.As you may guess I will not be using this company again and I do thank the lady who assisted me.

Lets get a few things straight.
As you cannot tell the truth, even in court when the judge addressed you.

Your claim was £1725 against us.
Our original invoice was £1714.60.
Our chargeback was £1143 due to falsely describing goods.
So your claim was a lie off the start. Why you think you could take someone to court and make false claims we have no idea?
You then did a witness statement different to your claim to say you were claiming £1714.60
Judge picked you up on this.

We have come out of the court case smiling, we have received a £568 refund on the goods you sold us as they weren't as described. You did not win anything, you have lost, £568. I guess you cant understand maths? :)

My review is not a lie, I'm guessing everyone else that has done chargebacks on you, including taking you to court and the CCJ you have against you from November that you havent paid for is a lie too? Your incompetence in running a business shows, you never once disputed the chargeback despite having 45 days to do so?

I am not fraudulent - we tried to be reasonable from the start. Your staff are rude and incompetent. I would say asking in court for payment to be made in your personal bank account could be seen as fraudulent though? We are extremely happy with the outcome so I guess its win win? ;-)

There was no nonsense in the court case spouted from myself or partner. There was plenty of nonsense from yourself though a) you were late. b) not knowing what evidence you sent C) you lying about not receiving our evidence d) you trying to tell the judge consumer rights didnt apply. e) the judge had to shut you down on several points including when you left telling me to stop trolling your social media... which unfortunately, you wont stop me from doing.

Everyone can see all of your bad reviews, on Trustpilot and Google. Including the way you respond.
We are grateful that the judge shut you down when your behaviour was inappropriate.

You even said I inspected goods in your reception, since when do 3 pallets of goods get put in your reception for inspection? Laughable.

The judge saw through your behaviour which is why he never shut our comments down, but did have to shut your comments down several times.

Anyone reading this review, dont take any notice of their arrogance, the judge had to tell the MD to stop interrupting, and corrected him on whether or not he had to still honour customers rights. He is as obnoxious in person as he is on his replies.

Do not use the company, you'll regret it. If you are facing issues do a chargeback and you'll get some recoup

Won 2 auctions 4th and 11th August and still not shipped. Chased many times, most communication ignored. On the odd chance they do reply they say they'll sort asap (been saying this for about 3-4 weeks now!). One is a parasol.... Don't need that anymore! Another is a chair, dread to think what condition that is in now it's been sat in a warehouse for 2 months!

Add this to another experience I had where they sent me a box of baby stuff instead of a foot stool... Took a long time and A LOT of chasing to get that sorted too!

Bored of chasing now, will go down another avenue to resolve.

Absolutely horrible experience, I have now more than 2 months of chasing them for a missing item which is a dishwasher and not a small piece to be lost.Stay away from them as you will never get the products as described.

First time buyer with Global. I decided to take a gamble and buy a small lot from them, to test the waters. Thank goodness that I didn’t spend big money!!
Their packaging and postage costs are a rip off to start with. When they do send you the lot, they miss items off and you have to chase them down to actually send the missing items. The items are nothing like the images, in fact, they are completely different products! They feel they can get away with ripping you off by saying that images are for illustration purposes only! And that we should seek appraisals. Why display an image of a product that is not even included?!? Don’t display an image of the product at all, so you don’t mislead people.
They don’t reply to emails. Ever. When you phone you get very poor customer service
Avoid at all costs!!!!!!!

I have good experiences with Global. I understand that they are an Auction House: they sell things other people do not want! Plus, they sell online! If you choose to bid on line you are declaring that you are prepared to take a chance, and sometimes you win and sometimes you lose!
I have bid with them many times. They have never scammed me or not delivered.

ABSOLUTE CROOKS! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! People we all need to come together and start some form of legal action against this fraudulent company. If you don't pay for your item to be delivered within 24 hours of paying for the item, they will re- list the item and sell it again and make money twice on that same item. I have now been blocked from their website because i complained and threatened lagal action. I am looking at all legal options to take them to court. EXPECT A LEGAL CHALLENGE GLOBAL AUCTIONS VERY SOON.

I advise you to be careful because they cheat, lie and do not return your money. In 21 April, I have not received the purchased items for the amount of around 400 with shipping until today 04 August. The manager lies in emails. Sends to me an invoice with details different person. Such people should not work in such positions.
They lie and deceive people.

I participate in their auctions regularly. Very positive experience. Staff is professional, shipping is super fast and any issues are dealt with quickly.

Fantastic helpful and polite staff never had a problem with global. I always collect and I’m greeted by the lovely receptionist and the warehouse workers are always happy to help getting my items into my car, they have a little cafe what you can order in whilst you wait for your winnings which I think is brill. Thank you all

Had a great experience with Global over the past few months! Reading over these reviews they are unfair and sounds like the terms and conditions have not been read into properly, I have always followed the rules and never had a problem. The staff are very helpful

Bought a faulty Dyson fan from here for nearly £140 had an appraisal done on it beforehand and told it was in good condition I took that as in it works but apparently that's just it's cosmetic appearance so money down the drain as it won't even turn on don't trust these thieves go spend your money on items that aren't faulty
Terrible customer service too so I'm guessing complaints are a regular occurrence only wish I'd read other review first

I Bid and won on a water feature and a Microwave from global auctions both looked in very good condition in the photo's, however ,the water feature when it arrived was smashed to smithereens and the microwave did not work at all, when i contacted them with regards to a refund for the damaged and broken items, they refused as per their terms and conditions. ( apparently we have no consumer rights. ) Sadly i am left with no other option than to pursue this through the small claims court. It only costs 25 pounds and is worth it as i have dropped a lot of money in their pockets with nothing to show for it, sad to say i think its just a money making scam for them......... 07/O7/2021 Despite the claim that this has been resolved, it has not THE CASE IS NOW GOING TO THE SMALL CLAIMS COURT . They sent a replacement water fountain, so badly packed, it was also broken, the replacement microwave they sent was a basic model which i already have, far inferior to the one i bid on.

Item that are sold are crap, most of the photos are just taken from the internet and loaded up to the site to cover how crap or broken the items are, customer is never right they are always wrong, say anything bad you get banned. Save yourself and your money.

I have bought saucepans and air fryers off these people. Looking at the photos they look good, when you get them they are junk, only an idiot would try and plug them in, I asked for a refund on their site they say I should of asked for an appraisal and the pictures are only to advertise, that tells me they show you a good picture but sell you junk, when I started to type more to the lady I was dealing with she just shut me off. Obviously they have my money they don't care now. I will never ever buy from them again I suggest you do the same.

Shocking experience. Goods faulty and not fit for purpose.

Read the reviews and the common theme is that they state that they do not hide behind their T&C's. But they do. They are quick to point out in their T&C's that items may be imperfect. Request an appraisal they say!

Read the reviews, majority of complaints are faulty or missing items.

Global should therefore appraise all their goods by default because they are certainly not as advertised or depicted!

Don't be sucked in by their headline descriptions or pictures.

Shame on you Global. Disgusting behavior.
