my friend and I had a lovely holiday.We enjoyed all the excursions and the food in the hotel was very good. What we did feel was that the hotel was a bit dated especially that the bedroom had a shower over the bath which being in our 80's was not very convenient. As the majority of our coach party were pensioners this is probably something that could be addressed in the future. All in it was a very enjoyable trip and a lovely coach driver.

The places we visited were very interesting and the hotel where we stayed was comfortable. In addition the driver was excellent and the host good.

Had a lovely holiday on glenton select, the driver Darren was really good. We were super lucky with the weather. Hotel and food very good, with a good choice of meals. On day off we caught bus from Waterford to Tramore (they only take cash, but it was only €2.20 each way), a walk up a bit of a hill to the Lafcadio Hearn Japanese Gardens, they were stunning, and definitely worth visiting if you like gardens. Enjoyed the trips, the Dunbrodie famine ship was very interesting. I wish we had a wee bit more time at Mount Congrieve Castle, again because gardens were lovely, but we only had time to walk to walled gardens. Kilkenny Castle, very interesting and we had a good day...I would love to go on another Irish trip

Very early start 4.30am from Dundee so we had to get hotel nearby for 1ngt. Driver, Alan, was superb - so cheerful, friendly, helpful and patient. Hotel in Newry Ireland was lovely, facing a nice canal with swans and ducks nearby. Hotel staff were wonderful, very professional, friendly and helpful. The staff responded quickly to any problems and they did so with smiles and friendly conversations. Even young bar staff chatted to everyone with confidence. The places we visited were interesting and gave everyone lots of nice memories to cherish after the trip. Most of us were older (and one lady in a wheelchair) but Alan coped with us all so well and he provided well-timed toilet breaks.

Travelling with Glenton Holidays was smooth from the moment have was picked up at Glasgow till I arrived back home!
Hotel was lovely and clean, the staff couldn't do enough to make the stay fantastic and the food was great with 'Desperate Dan' helpings!!
Our driver was the best and always felt safe on the bus and kept us informed at all times!!

Firstly, being picked up at home and taken to the bus station. The quality of the food, friendliness of the staff, the comfort and hotel facilities.

The host on the bus was very welcoming and cheerful.
The itinerary was great as were the local guides.

All staff great! Host Celia, driver, Darren, courier, Roberta on Cotswolds excursion & all hotel staff. All very friendly, knowledgeable and well organised.
Interesting days out to Oxford, Stratford and Cotswolds, with time to explore. Hotel room large, comfy, with good facilities. Meals plentiful & varied. Music playlist & quiz on home journey helped to pass the time. Excellent value and high standard all round.

Weather was excellent as was the hotel accommodation & food provided.

Everything was seamless from beginning to end. Moira, our host, was truly amazing and went the extra mile to ensure we had a great experience. Hotel and food were good. All in all, a very enjoyable holiday.

Really enjoyed my holiday with Glentons to Stratford upon Avon, Cotswolds & Oxford. 1st time Solo traveller and would definitely recommend Glentons Good Companions. Host Moira was excellent as was our driver Darren. Stratford Manor Hotel was great & in a lovely setting. Overall holiday exceeded my expectations & would holiday again with Glentons.

An early start from Edinburgh but travelling to Italy was great. Slight delays through passport control in Venice. The Hotel Belvedere was such a lovely traditional hotel and walking to the lovely town only took about 10 minutes. Moira our Glenton's Good Companions host was wonderful, so friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Loved my week away especially the visits to Verona, Venice and the Villa. Would recommend the prosecco tasting at the Villa 🙂

I got home pick up and felt looked after from then till my taxi home, the holiday was full of interesting day trips and lovely travelling companions.

Great driver and hotel. Pity the weather was disappointing.

Great driver comfortable coach and good hotel
First time with this company and would book again.

My entire holiday was ruined by the tour coach driver. We travelled on 24th May during the heatwave the driver turned off the air conditioning for the main coach so that he could put it on full blast in his cab. The temperature was 27 degrees for around 6 hours & 32 degrees for a further 6 hours. I have health conditions & this made me exhausted dehydrated & ill for my entire holiday & been home 4 days & I'm still ill. He also locked & me & 2 other elderly passengers on the coach at a rest stop as I was descending the steps along with 2 other passengers who were still gathering their bags I could see him stood sideways about 5 metres away talking to someone using his keyring he locked the doors without glancing at the coach, myself & 2 others now locked onboard in a heatwave zero air con. He used the tannoy onboard to make anti-trans transphobic speeches & asked the passengers if we agreed it was all a loud of nonsense & trans ppl did not exist also racist rants about his wife accusing him of cheating, rants about previous passengers & rants about how awful Glentons the company he worked for was. After I complained about being locked on board he used the tannoy to humiliate & bully me in front of the other passengers.On the way back he forgot to unlock the onboard toilet it took nearly 4 hours for him to do so after I told him about it he turned off air con on return journey as well. He also went the wrong way on the inward & outward journeys.The taxi driver,driver for the 1st hour hotel & staff were all exemplary unfortunately as I was made so ill I could not enjoy any of this. It was only the actions of this one man. I have contacted Glentons & I am yet to get a reply other than the standard we will get back to you within 28 days. I was only able to contact in writing I was unable to directly talk to customer services.
