As usual the staff at Giggear were extremely helpful. Always have great product knowledge and always seem to have what I need. Giggear are one of the last independent music shops left, they are well worth a visit.

First time buying from this company. I didnt know it existed, but it was a great experience.
The prices were amazing and the service even better! I had a doubt on what to get, but they helped me to decide by chat which is quite convenient for those who hate speaking on the phone.
The products were received quickly and in perfect condition.

I needed a bigger amp, I was really confused about the head unit output and speaker cab output, but I didn’t want to buy a combo. The great thing about Gig Gear is you can buy these together so there’s no worrying about damaging equipment. I had a query and rang them up, an extremely helpful young man answered and knew exactly what he was talking about. Equipment arrived really quickly and everything works as it should. I will definitely be buying from them again. It’s just a shame I don’t live closer!

The website gave lots of info and pictures and links to videos which was helpful in choosing the guitar. I rang and spoke to Sam who cheerfully answered all my questions. On delivery, I found the guitar to be very well packaged and ready to play out of the box. Really pleased with the customer service and delighted with my new guitar.

Not used this site before but glad I did as the tracking is clear. They have a price match option, finance, klarna etc. Very good! Item arrived well packaged and works perfectly (I've had experiences with things arriving broken hah)

Brilliant shop ive always been happy with the level of service. very relaxed attitude pushy sales tactics are never used.
if I've ever had a problem with a guitar they would always sort it out no problem im grateful i live in the same town.
