I doubt if this monitor has had much of a
refurb. The monitor has not had much of a clean there were dirty streaks over it and scratches. I know it was relatively cheap but at least it could have had a bit more care and attention before it was dispatched. Also the box it came in was badly damaged and had minimal packing. The box was that badly torn I really didn't expect the monitor to work at all. So quite disappointed overall.
