Broken stand
The st and had certainly not been refurbished. It has the broken bits inside. Very disappointing as the screen is heavy so needs proper support. I can't move the screen as to do so means it breaks all over again

We do quality test and ensure all stands match the screens, however it seems you've had one that's not to our quality standards.

No problems with the hard drive I…
No problems with the hard drive I bought, but the website from a mobile is terrible, kept taking me to PayPal website, not my app, and by the time I'd signed in, it had forgotten the transaction and when I tried again, it added another of the same item. Needs a shopping cart, and mobile version.

Ordered a "Grade A" monitor from ebay
Ordered a "Grade A" monitor from ebay. Item received was completely trashed. Packaging was flimsy and sealed with selotape which has come undone and item was not secure inside box. Monitor was found to be in 4/5 pieces and broken beyond repair, also it was filthy and dusty. Unusable item.

Unfortunately the courier company is reponsible for the damage.

Very helpful service and so far happy with the screens
The sales chap was very helpful and we are very happy with the monitors.
The only reason i have given 4 stars is due to the 2 of the monitors having some slight damage in the sense that one of them the button panel is squeezed in so the buttons are not very responsive when pressed and one screen seems to have a blue mark which we cannot seem to remove.
Other than that though very happy indeed and would very likely use again in the future.

On the whole a pleasant transaction
On the whole a pleasant transaction. The computer delivered was as specified. I would have no hesitation in buying again. The only blip was the purchasing on line where transaction would not go through (even though later found that it had registered with the card account) however, the matter was soon cleared and assurances given. I have every confidence in the company and would recommend them to anyone who wishes to buy a computer at an affordable price.

Screen arrived a day later than told
Screen arrived a day later than told. Connectedi t up only to find it wasnt a refurbed monitor. The screen was broken and unreadable

Overall, I am satisfied with the product.
The package arrived one day late and the laptop battery was not adequately fitted. That said, I am, so far, really impressed and satisfied with the quality of the product. Hopefully, this will continue to be the case in the weeks and months to come. Good job.
