The pocket watch is not working properly and I cant speak to anyone on the phone

I ordered a pocket watch with specific engraving, Asgar and the team went above and beyond to get the engraving perfect, nothing was too much trouble and the end result was beautiful. The watch is excellent quality and was presented in a smart box. It was sent next day delivery which arrived on time. I would whole heartedly recommended and would definitely order again.

This company is a shambles first I order personalised wine glasses for my mum's 30th wedding anniversary paid £6.99 for express delivery which meant be next working day waited 3 working days for it to arrive when contact them by email they said would refund delivery fee but would then need change to standard delivery which would mean I wouldn't get order in time then when I complained again they finally agreed refund the delivery fee and keep as express delivery even though not within the advertised timescale. I finally received the order and I paid extra £2.99 for a greetings card to be included and what a suprise no card was sent so have sent email asking for refund for this very poor service and waste of time avoid at all costs

Approximately 18 months ago I ordered and received a lovely engraved watch for my husband's special birthday, which was not exactly cheap. However, a couple of months ago - it stopped working so I contacted Asgar (the Co. owner) to enquire about guarantee as the watch had been fairly expensive and would have expected it to last a little longer than 18 months. I was informed that their watches only carried 6 months guarantee, but that he would be willing to have a look at it for me if I sent it back to him, and he would let me know whether it was fixable/cost nothing to repair or fixable/cost involved.
I agreed and returned the watch to him on 20th March and I received confirmation to say it had been delivered on 24th March. I have since heard nothing back from Asgar or anyone else from the company and I have sent several e-mails and left several messages requesting an update on the watch, but NOTHING!!!!!!!

I recently ordered a bottle of Dom Pérignon, engraved, along with two engraved flute glasses, all beautifully presented in a box, from GiftsOnline4u.

Everything arrived on time, and the quality was stunning. The only minor issue was that the box had a slight dent, and one of the flute glasses wasn’t quite perfect. However, I was incredibly impressed by the customer service—no questions asked, they sent a replacement immediately. Their care and professionalism were outstanding. Great communication. Helpful customer service. Promt response. Bought a personalised wrist watch, design good but the quality of the product is not as it should be, but acceptable. I am not sure how ling will the product lasts, price wise things are dear. 5/5 for customer service. 3/5 for product.
