Delivery inexplicably was late. It apparently was held for multiple days at a distribution center before being delivered after Christmas.

Thanks for your 3-star review. Indeed, the FedEx tracking doesn't explain why the order was delivered a few days late. We are sorry for that. All we can recommend is that during the week of Christmas, it is always best to opt for express delivery if you need a guaranteed date, as standard only gives an estimation. We have passed the complaint onto our delivery service.

You ordered for delivery 19 December, the order was out for delivery 19 December. You asked us to intervene with the shipper so the parcel would be delayed to 24 December, we took the steps with FedEx and the order was delivered 24 December.

Pictures on website were different from delivery; one showed well-arranged gift, the delivery was akin to supermarket box: two of those and three of the other. Items identical but presentation missing - for the price, attention to presentation should be there.
