As mentioned in our email exchange, the webpage clearly says that no vase is included, and we may add that your receiver Saria communicated with us that they were quite happy with the bouquet.
Still, it is true that the shipper was slightly delayed in their operations. We will happily refund you the difference in express shipping and standard shipping if you could email us with your order number again.

Easy shipping present to Portugal.
Wanted to send a present to Portugal. Tried Amazon UK, tried Amazon Portugal, tries local Portugal wine distributors. All came back negative. Then I came accros "GiftsForEurope". They had stock of what I wanted and shipping was easy through their website, would definitely recommend for shipping to European Countries.
