Ordering a gift of champagne from South Africa to be sent to a friend living so far away in Cucuron in the Liberian Valley in the South of France, and the champagne arrived exactly on time as promised with incredible email communication. This is not a 5 star service - it is 10 stars for sure. Exceptional 💎

Wine selection
The delivery and updates were really good, however, I was not that impressed with your variety of Australian sparkling wines. There was none - only one, which was not a straight sparkling, but citrus flavoured! Have not heard back from my brother, the recipient, yet, but hope they enjoy it! There are many excellent Australian sparklings, do increase your variety pls. Why would you want to send European gifts to Europe?!

Delivery issues not delivered on date…
Delivery issues not delivered on date emailed then received email stating product needed to be collected from the Depot which when visited was an error as the product wasn't there. Another delivery date arranged and again not delivered. The product has been lost.
No mention of compensation for the inconvenience caused .
Will definitely not be using again or recommending this company.

Order Cancelled for No Reason
For some reason, you cancelled my original order because there was an error in the sender's address. Please note the delivery address was fine - the error was due to autofill on the website, but should not have affected the order. As the gift was Easter eggs for my grandchildren, I set up a second order - which of course, did not arrive until after Easter. Something goes wrong every time I use this outfit. I will not be using you again.
