Great customer service! We had a small delivery issue with the location and FedEx but the GFE support staff were on it to resolve the situation in the best way possible for me and the gift recipient.

Our champagne was not delivered as FedEx said it had been. But the customer service is always excellent. They found it and it was finally delivered. For that, I appreciate the woman I worked with. The prices are fair and delivery fees minimal. I would recommend the company.
