Good and easy to use collection service …
I’ve used this service for the last couple of years and it’s always been easy to use. This year I noticed they added a downloadable card option, which was easier for me as waiting for the printed card to arrive on time last year was stressful. One improvement would be if the card be formatted so it prints on both sides on the paper and the right way round?
Another recommendation would be to add additional amounts to an existing post without having to create a new one.

On the printing point, the PDF is designed to print correctly, so it may have been down to your printer settings, but we'll certainly take another look to see if there's anything we can do to make it more intuitive across different printers.
We're continually refining the GiftRound experience and being able to add to an existing collection while keeping things just as simple for contributors (without needing them to create an account) is something that's already on our roadmap. Great experience from start to finish
This was my first experience of using giftround and I will definitely use them again. It was a simple process to set up and send to people to contribute. I used it for a teachers collection. I loved how you could split it between multiple recipients.
I had an issue and called them and someone called me right back and immediately resolved the issue. It was so great to talk to someone on the phone.
All of the funds go to the recipients and the vouchers cover such a wide number of things it’s amazing choice.
I also like how you can email recipients directly or email yourself and gives you an option to print off the voucher so you can give them something physical.

Would definitely recommend
Very easy to set up for a group collection. Customer service very quick to respond to, and rectify, a mistake a parent made donating again to the same teacher.
Easy to complete and print off voucher. Would use again. Saves teachers getting 30 boxes of Chocs!

It's a brilliant concept!!
For someone who organises leaving collections in a workplace, this site has been a god send!! It is so simple to use, all money collected goes straight to the recipient. People can either leave a comment and contribute or just leave a comment so if you have no time to buy a card, there is this option too.
Customer service is also excellent and efficient as I had to call with a query and it was dealt with immediately.

This is the second time I have used this company for a teachers collection. Very easy to use and when you phone the customer service team they are great. My only critisism is its very digital, I preferred it when you could actually get a card printed. Will definitely use again though.

Easy to use and a great way of working, making a task much easier and automated when working with loads of different people and sites.
Only one thing which could be improved in my opinion and that is the images used for creating the vouchers.
