I feel completely let down by this company as I ordered a wreath for my fathers funeral tomorrow to arrive today and they have cancelled the wreath without any explanation

Thought it was a scam at first as not heard of the site before but purchased a keyring for my hubby with is daughter on with date of birth and he's happy with the fast delivery and the good quality on how it's made I'll deffo order again highly recommended 😀

Second time using Gifts Moments and both times I ordered a personalized wine glass.
I paid for express delivery which was delivered on time.
The website is very easy to use, the engraving isn't perfection but for the cost it's more than can be expected.

Excellent quality. My grandchildren have already started the countdown. Only slight disappointment with the dull colouring, but they've added a few star stickers.

I bought this item as a gift. I'm really pleased with the quality and the speed of its arrival. I cannot wait to give it to the recipient.

Company emailed 4 days after my order claiming they had the wrong stock and ensured product would be made and delivered on time by end of week. This never happened and after contacting the company they haven't even begun the order at all. 9 days after I made my purchase nothing was done. Called the phone number on the Facebook website, the woman who answered never even heard of the company and had no idea why her phone number is on their website. Although a full refund was finally given, I have to find a new present for my mum's bday which was a week ago. Company has caused inconvenience and no good will provided. Do not recommend. Thanks.

Update after their response below:

The emails were not answered within 1 hour as they claimed. The latest ones took over a full day. No reply given from their messenger either on Facebook. Wrong number on their website. Yes I do believe due to the severe inconvenience, you could have shown more care with a good will.

Please note the only reason they replied was because I raised a dispute through PayPal. As soon as I did that they were very quick to reply all of a sudden. And please remember it took them over 4 days to even state they had a stock issue after my order. I have also emailed them showing them my willingness to change this review if their service was better, but after reading their response perhaps I shouldn't have.
