Great customer service
I purchased a vase after looking around for a 3rd Wedding Anniversary gift it looked lovely it arrived quickly but the vase has some big imperfections. I contacted customer service who were amazing so nice and quick to respond and my vase was replaced after a few messages and some photos via email. Just received the new 1 and I'm so happy.
I would highly recommend because customer service were fantastic, sometimes issues happen but it's how it's handled that matters

The shipping was very good
The shipping was very good, item arrived undamaged, was a bit disappointed with the size of the book, as it appeared bigger in the picture. But that was down to me not reading the spec. Very happy with the personalization printed on the front sleeve of the book and the personal text on the inside of the sleeve. I think this gift will be greatly appreciated when received for a birthday gift.

User friendly website with great products
I ordered a Birmingham City Football Club silver dog tag that came with a chain. It was dispatched and delivered very quickly and I was delighted with the quality of it when it arrived. It is a birthday present and I would highly recommend Gift Moments to anyone who is looking for something special.

I was thrilled to bits with both of my purchases, the whole process from ordering to delivery has been wonderful. The items I bought were such good quality and the engraving on both were beautiful. I ordered a graduation holder for my Neice and a 25th wedding anniversary ice bucket for myself.
