Geoff never fails to impress me as a customer! Not only does he really care about everybody who walks through the doors, but he can rectify any problem too. I have seen him happily help people who are struggling with a phone query knowing full well there’s zero financial gain, this is why he is a valuable member of the Bridgnorth community and I believe everyone who uses the shop does so because of Geoff. We are a lucky town with this true gentleman in it. Thanks Geoff for another outstanding service.

Get Connected- Blackwood. My first visit. Excellent service with Justin setting me up with a new phone and all the transferring. Definitely better face to face than dealing with someone over the phone. Very happy.

Again, received excellent service from David on renewal of my mobile phone contract…. the process was trouble free and seamless… can’t praise this company enough…. Well done!!!

I have had my mobile for a long time and it just packed up. I went into the shop by me in Whitchurch and the friendly man set me up a new phone with ease, he even managed somehow to copy all my information! Well done Simon as I hate technology

It was my first visit to this shop , as been recommended by a friend and wasn’t disappointed.
Dave was a very caring and understanding gentleman who helped both me and my elderly uncle set him up on a mobile he could actually use, as most phones are too small for his old arthritic hands.
Got phone and piece of mind that we can stay in contact at all times with no worries .

Called into the Abergavenny store earlier and was served by Bobby.Bobby saved me money on my new contract,explained everything thoroughly and transferred everything over to my new phone.Excellent service and would highly recommend.

Visited the branch in Church Stretton this morning. I was able to change my mobile contract to a new mobile provider at a reduced monthly cost. I am confident that I was given good advice. Josh is skilled in going through the process something I would not have been able to do on my own. He is a competent cheerful chap and someone I would go back to.

Josh was very helpful. Talking me through various options and helping me choose the right one for me. I am not technical so to know he is there in the shop should I need assistance is a bonus.

Just renewed contract at Ledbury shop only because Callum is so helpful and there to help whenever a problem arises

Came into the shop as my phone broke and needed a new one. Simon was very helpful, friendly, knows his stuff and got me the best deal. He sorted everything out straight away. Great customer service and reccomd to anyone.

Extremely helpful, nothing too much trouble in our enquiries to upgrade and change networks, his friendly approach clearly explaining each step of the way made the whole process stress-free and reassuring

Visited Josh again today to organise a new phone contract. I wish more retail staff were like Josh, always cheerful and helpful. He is never condescending, always willing to explain technical matters to make sense to non technical customers . Highly recommended.
