Placed an order and I paid to ship expidited . promised to deliver between 1/31/24 - 2/2/24. order was not shipped until 2/3/24 and it was shipped normal mail.- 1 day past the promised delivery date. they stated they could not refund my expidited fees even though they shipped past the promised delivery date. Very poor customer service and what I have read this is very common fromm this company. do not use them

Customer Service was FANTASTIC!!
I ordered a sweatshirt from Gear Launch around the end of September. I was hoping to have it for an upcoming holidays, but it didn’t arrive on time. I was disappointed. I was in contact with their Customer Service for several days. Customer Service was absolutely FANTASTIC! They answered every question and they kept me posted on the tracking of my sweatshirt and for this I was grateful.

Copyright Infringement - AVOID AT ALL COSTS
My experience with Gearlaunch is not as a buyer but as a victim of copyright infringement and identity theft (third part I suspect.). My identity was copied on Facebook and then used to sell a product line of t-shirts, mugs, sweaters, hoodies etc using one of my photos of a skier in the USA Paralympic Ski Team and by using my identity as part of their design. The party 'posing' as Luc Percival then went on to spam my Facebook followers and friends giving them the impression that my business Luc Percival Photography was selling merchandise through Gearlaunch. All this has been reported to Facebook. I have also contacted Gearlaunch to ask that they cease and desist immediately, but they have not. The items are still for sale and the infringement is flagrant. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. My suspicion is that it is a scam / totally fraudulent.
I've attached an example of the page upon which this merchandising is being sold.

I placed an order before Christmas. I did not receive until after on December 28th. I have been trying for over 3weeks to reach customer service and no one has replied to me. I will never do business with company again. Stay away. Very dissatisfied.

Customer support responded promptly and gave me an accurate and detailed explanation of where my order was in the international shipping cycle. My order was delivered as promised after clearing customs. The product itself was even better quality (Gildan) than expected with great graphics, consistent with the original specs.

I hope this review is posted. I received two tops from lovesometees.com as a gift. They are fine. However on their website they are displaying a shirt with the word "AUTISM" with a little kid's toy train. Underneath that are the two words AUTISM UNIVERSITY. That shirt is clearly insensitive and cruel. Having an autistic granddaughter. I find this shirt and the company so very offensive. They exemplify the word "bullying." I invite anyone from the company to come shadow my granddaughter any day and walk a mile in her shoes. It is heart-breaking!
