I ordered a pair of gloves online and the sizing was a bit iffy. I contacted the Gear Change shop and they were more than happy to help. I popped in and they swapped the gloves no problem. When I got there the staff were very friendly and helpful. I couldn't ask for better service!

Really good experience with gearchange, friendly and really helpful. Thank you Rachel, will definitely be ordering again.

So very impressed with this company. I ordered online at around mid afternoon and my helmet arrived by 12pm the next day. Free delivery as well. Everything was perfect and the price for the helmet was excellent. A very easy and efficient ordering system. Would highly recommend

Ordered my Alpinestars Andes V3 jacket on a Sunday and it arrived on Tuesday. It was priced very competitively and packaged well, I would recommend “gearchangeonline” to anyone.

good communication & helpful service , good price & delivery definately would use again

Happy enough with service and bundle discount. Only thing was finding my BELL srt helmet at £30 cheaper on another site was a bit annoying.

Use Gear Change for all my gear, always get the best price, the customer service is above exceptional, delivery and packaging is superb. Highly recommended.

I ordered a pair of Sidi Vertigo 2 boots from GearChange- they were £30 cheaper than the major online seller that I normally use.
I needed to swap them for a size larger, so called them and spoke to a very helpful and cheerful lady who found a pair in the size I wanted, and sent them out the following day- a Saturday - via a courier, including collecting the too-small ones to go back. The charge for swapping them over was only £7, which is a lot less than I had expected to pay posting the original ones back.
I'm very happy with their service, and wholeheartedly recommend them.

And the boots are excellent quality, too.

Thanks, Tony

Excellent service. I have now ordered twice now and on both occasions have managed to order the wrong size. Retured and exchanged for the right size straight away.

Items advertised in stock are out of stock.
Quick to refund though so neutral experience.

Always great on price, one of the first places I look for bike gear these days

Great Service and communication, everything arrived super quick.

Good price, fast delivery!
