Disgusting service.

I ordered an Arai helmet which arrived damaged—the rear of the helmet was misaligned and there was glue visible down the side. I contacted them immediately, but they had no replacement in stock.

I asked them to arrange a courier collection, but instead they sent me a photo of an A4 returns label for DPD, which didn’t work as there was no QR code. I called again for help, but they were unhelpful and never followed up.

In the end, I had to pay £5.75 myself to return the damaged helmet, even though this was not my fault.

I emailed a complaint with proof of the postage cost. They replied saying they were closed for the bank holiday and would sort it—but I heard nothing further. A week later, I received a refund for the helmet only, with no apology and no reimbursement for the return cost.

I’ve been left out of pocket due to their mistake. Very poor customer service and communication.

Really happy with my experience shopping with these guys. I saw a pair of alpinestars boots for a steal price compared to other retailers, but having never seen this website before I was naturally sceptical, I saw the 4.8 Trustpilot review and I went for it. What can I say, the boots was with me by 2pm the next day and they are great. I will definitely be shopping with these guys again and moving forward will try get all my gear here👌

A great company to order from

EXCELLENT customer service and quick delivery. I had an issue ordering a pair of sunglasses (my side - nothing to do with the company) and Kim from customer services called me immediately when she saw my order hadn't properly gone through. She sorted everything out and posted the parcel immediately so I had it in time for a birthday present. I then had to make a change for a different pair of sunglasses (!) and Louise organised an exchange immediately. BRILLIANT staff - I'll definitely be using the company again in the future and spreading the word as they are very reasonably priced.

After having repeated poor experiences with one of the large brick and mortar motorcycle accessory stores I thought I'd give these guys a go and the experience was perfect from start to finish. Spoke to someone on the live chat, agreed a fantastic deal on a new helmet, invoice sent instantly and I received my helmet the very next day in perfect condition. Had a absolutely fantastic experience from the moment I walked through the door , Warren clearly has a massive knowledge of all the products , even spent time with my son discussing helmets ( he is 16 in 6 months) , nothing was too much trouble, first time here and glad I went , if Warren is not the owner he is a absolute credit to the business. Easy to order from their website, confirmation came immediately. Received item next day - free postage!!!! Amazing service. Item is perfect, as described on the site and the cheapest available anywhere. I actually struggled to get this size where I normally shop and anywhere else I looked. This time I had a chat with John who gave a great price on a Shoei helmet and comms to go with it.
They are very helpful with prices you will find hard to beat.
Ordered Monday morning (24th) and received my goods Wednesday morning (26th).
I highly recommend giving them a go and I for one will certainly be using them again.
