All I was looking for was a pair of scissors and their website offered me a “free” opener when I gave them my email and phone number, so I tried it.
The “free” junk they offered just turned into a debacle that’s not worth anyone’s time. The item was about $15 and never came off the final bill. When I noticed that I asked them to fix it and they told me to supply a bunch of investigative proof for their free offer, ridiculous!
Not worth the time I’ve already had to invest into this trap! Betting their items are over priced garbage now.

Quick, friendly, and helped resolve my issue.
I ordered a compass from Garrett Wade. When it arrived, there was a problem with the case. I informed the company and we quickly had a resolution in progress. When that compass arrived it also had a problem and again we arrived at a solution. That one was perfect. In any product there will occasionally be an issue. To me the mark of a company's quality is how they deal with problems. Garrett Wade impressed me very favorably with their response. I will happily do business with them.
I ordered a set of 3 stoneware bowls as a housewarming gift for my son and his girlfriend. They loved them, but one was broken. Garrett Wade quickly sent a replacement. good customer service

I am writing with serious concern regarding my recent purchase. According to USPS tracking, the package is marked as delivered, yet I have been unable to locate it despite multiple efforts. I have checked both my mailbox and front door—the only accessible delivery points at my address—with no success. I have also spoken with my neighbors and contacted my mailman and local post office, but unfortunately, these steps provided no leads.
At this point, it appears the package was either lost, stolen, or delivered to an incorrect address.
I therefore kindly request a full refund for this order. I greatly value your products and would be open to future purchases if you were to consider using a more reliable carrier or offering a secure delivery option, such as signature confirmation. I trust you will give this matter the prompt attention it deserves.

My daughter ordered me a pair of tailoring shears for my birthday. Not only did the shears never come in, but they charged her account right away even before they shipped them. When we reached out to them they said that they had been delivered (they were not) they then told us that there was nothing they could do and that we needed to call the post office. They were so rude and unhelpful. I can’t believe that this is how they run a business. I will never do business with them again and i would suggest you don’t either unless you want money taken and get nothing in return.

We ordered from Garret Wade for the first time, and our package of fragile bowls did not travel well and needed to be replaced. I reached out, created a ticket, and within days had replacements. They made the process very easy and quick.
Great quality and great service. I gave them the wrong address and the item was returned. They sent the item to the correct address at no additional cost and made sure I recieved it and was happy with what we got. Would definitely recommend.
I live high in the Rocky Mountains, so keeping warm is essential. I bought a Super Splitter Maul and a Professional Splitting Maul and could not be happier with my purchase. They are both fantastic mauls. They pair very well as the Super Splitter is a 6lb head for your more stubborn knotty wood and the 4lb head of the Professional Splitter is better for swinging for longer periods of time on less difficult wood although it is capable of splitting some pretty nasty wood itself. They will definitely help keep the fire going. Garrett Wade is awesome, if you ever have a problem with your order, make sure to let them know and they will be quick to resolve your issue. ordered several items from Garrett Wade, fast shipping. The box arrived damaged from transport and the smallest item appeared to have fallen out of the outer shipping box. Contacted customer service, answered a couple questions and they promptly sent the replacement item. Very polite and thorough support system. Will order again

After sending me a defective accordion, I contacted customer service and got a return label. Garrett Wade is now not sending me a refund. I used their return label, and tracking shows they received it December 12th. I still do not have a refund. Don’t buy from them, they do not provide good customer service, they send non working items, and then they don’t refund purchase price. As part of the return, they took out a restocking fee (for a non working item). Buyer beware.

Great company and customer service. Great product...my husband has wanted one of these screwdrivers for a long time.
A few days before Christmas my daughter opened the package I sent for her husband from Garrett Wade (GW). She took pictures of what was in the package which included a shipping label to another address and the incorrect tool for her husband. I asked for more pictures so I could contact Garrett Wade customer service to explain the mistake. Working with the GW representative, we were able to secure a new order for his gift and set up return of the incorrect gift. On Christmas Eve, my daughter advised me that her husband's gift had been delivered. Excellent service!!
Really cheap handle on the garden knife that I ordered. I never tried the quality of the blade because the thing looked like such a piece of garbage that I returned it immediately. Further, there was absolutely no communication from the company about the status of my order; I ordered on the 15th and it was delivered on 29 December.

Never received the items I ordered. Received an item I did not order. Contacted customer service and was asked to send in a photo of the mailing label and the item I received, which I did. Received subsequent emails asking for the same information. I am resolved that they have no intention of correcting their mistake.
