Ordered from ebay
Ordered from ebay, the item came in 2 packages, one was delivered to the wrong address.
This was last year, for months I have chased them and now they ignore me completely, they fobbed me off on ebay for 3 months meaning I couldn't even claim a refund!
The delivery company take photos of the delivery address so clearly the evidence shows it went to 2 addresses, this lot have ignored all pleas for help and kept the money from us and no doubt the compensation from the delivery company, greedy and robbing pensioners, you have been warned, completely untrustworthy, we are out of pocket over £100

Hi Da, I've just looked into your order and it seems both parcels were delivered to yourself. I've also contacted the courier for GPS data and it shows that both parcels were delivered, furthermore, I asked for images and both images show it has been delivered. Please check with other members of the household as it seems both parcels were delivered.

The staff were quick to direct me to the ideal product as the kit i saw advertised didnt meet my needs. One issue the member of staff said one week before it was back in stock but it took two which is understandable atm, fortunately the site has a convenient re-stock email notification service.
i ordered monday it was delivered thursday, well packaged.

I gave 5 stars because the purchase I made came early the staff was always ready to help if I needed it the only criticism I have is with the product its self the zips are not as good as I was hoping for but everything else I have ordered I've had 100% satisfaction with I will be buying all my stuff from here from now on keep up the good work guys much love

I purchased a PVC liner repair kit
I purchased a PVC liner repair kit. I have not used it yet as the pond is frozen. It had been reduced in cost but the killer was the post and packaging cost which was nearly three times as much as the product. Surely with small items such as this you can adapt the post and packing cost to suit!
