Absolut inakzeptabel, was hier bei FWRD passiert.

Meine Bestellung wurde nie zugestellt und ist automatisch an den Absender zurückgegangen – trotzdem wird über Klarna weiterhin Geld von mir verlangt. Ich soll also ernsthaft für etwas bezahlen, das ich NIE erhalten habe?

Der Kundenservice ist eine Katastrophe: keine klare Hilfe, extrem langsam oder gar keine Reaktion. Statt das Problem zu lösen, wird alles auf den Kunden abgewälzt.

Das ist kein kleiner Fehler, sondern schlicht schlechter Service und mangelnde Verantwortung. So geht man nicht mit Kunden um.

Ich kann nur jedem raten: Finger weg – vor allem, wenn Klarna im Spiel ist.

Ich erwarte eine sofortige Klärung und werde das definitiv nicht einfach so hinnehmen.

Top notch online boutique. I receive weekly shipments from FWRD because their selection is amazing and irresistible. Shipping is so quick, items arrive by day 2. Their app is easy to manage current purchases and add items to a wishlist. Majority of my closet is from this site. Customer service is always great and friendly. Above all, they are a honest business. There’s so many garbage sites out there that have deceiving practices. Forward sets the bar high, I’ll be a forever customer <3

I ordered an item from this store and was scammed! On the day the order was supposed to be delivered, it wasn’t. The store decided not to deliver the item I paid for, and this is reflected on the UPS website. I contacted the store to ask why this happened, and after a few days, they replied that they couldn’t help me, wouldn’t refund my money, and wouldn’t deliver the order. As a result, you’re left with no money and no product. Scam!! I do not recommend this store!!!

I am very impressed with the shipping. I’ve ordered something on Saturday night. It was already delivered on Monday afternoon at no additional shipping cost. Product is amazing and well packaged. Just wow

Bare øv! Vi ventede to måneder på at skoene kom. Og så kom der to sko til venstre fod.. Til gengæld fik vi hurtigt pengene tilbage

Awful Company!
I returned a pair of jeans. I had to pay the returned costes 65 euro
Apart of this they charged me 74,90 sales tax! I didn’t buy anything , so the 74,90 sales tax make no sense!
I don’t agree and started an investigation.

Die Lieferung des bestellten Wasserkochers ging sehr schnell. Es war nicht ersichtlich dass es ein amerikanisches Produkt ist und somit in Deutschland gar nicht zu verwenden ist… Stecker und Stromstärke und Spannung sind völlig anders. Retoure soll man selbst bezahlen inklusive dem ganzen Theater mit dem Zoll. Der Service gibt stereotyp immer nur an, dass es ihnen leid tut, dass wir nicht zufrieden sind, aber kostenlose Retoure gibt es nicht.
Also Finger weg!!!! Ich persönlich fühle mich betrogen.
Nachtrag… Nachdem ich noch zweimal widersprochen habe und mit dem Anwalt gedroht habe, wurde mir der Kaufbetrag erstattet.

I placed a pre-order with FWRD, charged in AUD and the order was lost in transit. The refund was issued in USD without prior consultation. Due to exchange-rate timing, the AUD amount returned was significantly lower than my original charge.

After several days of correspondence, FWRD said they could not address the discrepancy, pointing to PayPal/bank fee. Communication was polite, but accountability was lacking.

I recently had an issue with a promo code. I called FRWD and they felt my frustration. Not only did they fix the problem right away, they gave me an additional 5% off when they didn't have to. The person that helped me was professional and understanding. She turned a negative into a positive.

This is a company that understands that Service is More Important than Product. I will not purchase my shoes anywhere else.

An die 1-Stern Bewerter: Ich käme nicht auf die Idee, Kleider oder Schuhe Im Ausland und schon gar nicht in den USA zu bestellen, es ist doch klar und üblich, dass bei Rücksendungen Zoll und Rücksendespesen anfallen ...!!!

What an awful, horrible company this is! We never received our order but they charged us for it anyway. They initially promised to give us a credit, but they first wanted us to agree to not dispute the charge. We didn't trust them, so we disputed it. Even though they said they would cooperate with us, they instead did they opposite. They tried to tell our credit card company that we received the delivery, even though they had never provided any proof of delivery. They are liars, don't trust them.

I've ordered from FWRD a few times but I had to leave this review because they have great customer service. They make returns easy by placing a return label in the box so you can return instantly without even putting a request in. Refund was processed the same day they received the item. They also actually have a customer service number!!! Out of all of the nontraditional luxury retailers, FWRD truly stands out.

Higher price than shown when you go to checkout.

They are a scam.
I ordered shoes, but they were a bit narrow in fit, so I returned them using Australia Post as per their instructions. I received confirmation from Australia Post that the shoes were delivered back to them.
I waited for a week but received no update, so I raised a case with PayPal and also contacted the company directly. At first, they replied asking me to drop the PayPal case and said they would look into the refund, which could take a few weeks.
I waited four weeks, and then they replied saying that I had sent the wrong item and that they couldn’t process the refund unless I returned the correct item.
Seriously, this is a scam. People, please stay away from them. Luckily, I didn’t buy anything too expensive. I usually shop from Cettire and Farfetch and have never had any issues with them.

I ordered the wrong size shoes for my husband for Christmas, not once, but twice! FWRD’s customer service responded quickly to me in both instances, offered to let me return one item at no cost to me, and cancelled the other item before I was even charged. The shoes we received, although the wrong size, were exactly as pictured. Based on this, and the excellent customer service I received, would highly recommend this company!

Shipping was fast and the belt came in secure packaging with a dust bag and bubble wrap.
