5 Star service from Ryan at FW Home Stores
This was our first stop on our search for a super king size ottoman bed, mattress and headboard for ourselves and a double ottoman bed, mattress and headboard for our teenage son.
We were warmly greeted by Ryan who guided us through our options and left us to have a look around under no pressure.
When we'd had an initial idea which beds we were interested in...after lying on most of them, Ryan was available to give us an initial price in writing, and further guidance regarding our choices.
As this was the first of 5 stores we were visiting that day, Ryan gave us his card and encouraged us to contact him should we need any further help or assistance.
Whilst visiting the other establishments it soon became apparent that none of the other beds were up to the standard of those available in FW Home Stores and that no one offered the same customer care and knowledge as provided by Ryan and we were unanimous in our decision to return to their store to further look at their stock and our options.
Ryan was very calm and collected whilst we changed our minds on a few occasions and came up with a price which was acceptable to all.
Couldn't fault the service at FW Home Stores and from Ryan in particular...would certainly use again, it's 5 stars from us *****.

when we first arrived at the…
when we first arrived at the newportbranch we met by Tracy who was very helpful but not to overpowering at the same time. Tracy offered us both a tea or coffee which was a nice touch, we told Tracy what we wanted and she directed us to the bed department and from there we ended up purchasing a very good quality bed and mattress.
at all times Tracy explained the process of buying and we must say we would highly recommend fw homes and Tracy to all. thanks again Tracy Gareth O'Connell.

Great Customer Sevice, Value for Money

Horrendous experience with FW home stores customer service
Dan in FW home stores Cardiff was great. However, our experience since with FW customer services has been horrendous. Sofa was delivered faulty; wire for reclining mechanism incorrectly sighted and no hole in fabric to attach foot. Delivery staff had no idea the sofa was even a recliner. They contacted someone who informed them to rip the fabric to fit the foot. Luckily he had more sense than to take that advice. The sofa was returned immediately with delivery driver. Within 48hrs we had informed the company that we wanted a refund and did not want a repair or replacement, as per our rights under the consumer rights act 2015. They have continued for best part of the last 2 weeks to try and enforce a repair or replacement on us, completely ignoring my request for a full refund. I still do not have a resolution to this issue. Very disappointing and frustrating experience that continues to waste mine and their time. Would not recommend this company to anyone as a result. Be warned.

We completely understand how disappointing and frustrating it must have been for the sofa to arrive with an issue, especially with the reclining mechanism not being correctly set up and the delivery team not having the right information at the time.
We’re also sorry that your request for a refund was not handled as clearly or promptly as it should have been. We appreciate that the back and forth has caused further frustration.
Your order is now being cancelled and refunded. We apologise again for the inconvenience caused and that your experience with us fell below the standard we aim to provide.

Why shop anywhere else for your furniture, FW Homestores has everything you need.
We went into the store looking for a sofa and ended up ordering a sofa, coffee table, dining table and chairs! This store offered an amazing range of good quality furniture at very reasonable prices. Martin was so helpful in showing us the different options available and was very knowledgeable about every product. He then stood back to give us space to have a chat which I really appreciated. We then saw the perfect dining table set and matching coffee table which was ideal. I thought I was going to have to trail round lots of shops to find what I was looking for, so I was very happy to be able to get everything from one store.

We recently purchased a sofa from FW Home Store and had a really positive experience from start to finish.
We were given plenty of time to browse and look around before anyone came over to assist us, which we really appreciated. There was absolutely no pressure to buy, and the whole experience felt relaxed and comfortable.
When we were ready for some help, the staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Everything was explained clearly, including the purchase details, insurance options and finance, so we felt fully informed before making our decision.
