We ordered a special rechargeable battery for our Pioneer DAB radio. It arrived mid Feb 2025. We let it charge according to instructions and installed it. It worked very briefly and then would not hold a charge at all.
After our request to return (well within their 30 day return for full refund period), it took a bit of time to get a response, which simply offered instructions for things to try to ‘wake’ the battery up so that it would work. My husband had actually already tried all of their suggestions, but tried them again without success.
Another email requesting return instructions and a refund went completely unanswered, and after several weeks and another attempt, we finally got a response, only to be told they wouldn’t accept the return as it was now outside of the initial 30 day period. To add insult to injury, they accused us of having been using the battery the whole time.
After another email to complain, pointing out the timing of our first request to return, and subsequent failure to get a response from them, they reluctantly agreed to the return as a “goodwill” gesture.
They should have also refunded our postage cost to return the faulty battery, but unfortunately they have only refunded the original cost, without our postage cost, or a single word of an apology.
This was a £32+ battery, so wasn’t cheap to return. Very poor customer service in our opinion, and to have to eat the cost of postage seems very unsatisfactory given that what they supplied did not work beyond a few minutes.
The service from Fusion Battery has been terrible .. they promised me a refund if I returned the battery they sent me was wrong ..
Which I did .. but no refund was sent ..
Then they stopped answering my emails ...
Now I have no battery and no refund ..
I have 2 x 200 fusion batteries and the app only shows details for 1 of them.
Monday and by Thursday I needed a particular aftermarket battery for a Garmin GPS watch, that I understand is a good battery. After looking at several .co.uk websites to discover they are not in the UK, I ordered from Fusion Battery, 3 days later I received the exact battery I ordered, fitted it, and the watch is like new again.
I ordered a battery "PT603450-2S" 3 pcs. Fusionbattery.co.uk allowed me ro proceed and pay the total amount including shipping charges to my country (Pakistan). While ordering I selected my country from the list, provided by the company and my country was there. I paid whatever was the order value and company website accepted my card payment. The amount was deducted from my bank account immediately, alongwith the taxes & charges charged by my bank. Order no. FB10018034 was placed and confirmed by the company to my email on 26th April 2024. Next day I received an email from Fusionbattery.co.uk that my order has been cancelled because their freight company has no service available to my country and that they will refund my money. So far (on 30th April 2024 9:00pm) no refund has been received. Also company is not replying to my emails.
I also raised the point, if there was no delivery service, why my country is in company's delivery address list? and who will pay the taxes & bank charges deducted by my bank? and so far no refund as well..... This is a british company URL and I don't belive, I am dealing with a fake entity. Whom should I contact now for my refund? Can anyone give me some idea please?

Where is my battery order?
I ordered a battery at the end of May and received a Hermes tracking number.
As of today, 10th June, that tracking number still shows Hermes are awaiting the package from Fusion Battery.
I have sent several emails with no reply, now asking for a refund or when the battery will be delivered.
I would suggest that you should not use this company.
Ordered a replacement MX-Revolution Battery from Fusion Battery company, all information on the website was accurate, and allowed me to identify and order the correct model for my mouse. Communication from the site was good, emails confirming order placement, payment confirmation then processing update, i didn't need to interact with customer service directly at all. Battery arrived timely, packaged in a nice retail package which will have provided good protection, and that was inside a padded jiffy bag.
Battery fitted easily and works as advertised.
