Cheaper option vs. original batteries and work the same. The delivery took a bit longer than I expected but it came eventually and I didn't mind

Returned item delivered over five weeks ago. Still no refund!
Unacceptable customer service. I would not recommend this company.

Extremely disappointing customer service. I ordered a Bosch drill battery for £35.75 on 20 August and requested a return on 3 September.

Despite repeated requests, AllBatteries failed to provide proper return instructions. I therefore returned the unused battery to the address clearly marked **RETURN ADDRESS** on their original packaging, paying £4.45 for tracked postage.

Royal Mail confirmed delivery on 9 September. Only afterwards did I learn I needed a return form, but they accepted my return request.

Despite further emails, including proof of delivery, I still have no refund as of 15 October. Their customer service telephone number is useless, and my emails haven't resolved the issue.

Nearly two months later, I'm still chasing £35.75 for an item they received back over five weeks ago.

I recently purchased a 36v Battery for my Haibike
Yamaha type 522Wh 36V 14.5Ah.
I have now used the battery for two off road rides (25 miles each one) The battery performs very well with the same performance as the original Yamaha battery.
The only issue with ordering, is the length of time from ordering to delivery. Once the order was completed it then transpired the battery was coming from France and delivery time was 10 to 15 working days, it arrived on the 12th day. Only tracking is for the UK part and that was only given to me , when I requested it.
If you are happy to wait that long I would recommend Allbatteries as the product quality and price are excellent.
Customer service responded within 48 hours of my emails being sent, so no issues there.
I guess only time will tell the reliability of the battery

The number on the battery I received did not match the number I ordered. I tried it anyway and it did not work.
I was sent a label to return it and after several reminder emails I finally received a full refund.

Don't use this company! We bought a battery for our quad bike and despite taking the money out of our bank account the battery never arrived. Their customer services were appalling and we have had to report the fraud to our bank who are crediting the money back into our account and taking over the matter for us.

I googled for a new charger for Bosch 10.8 multi-tool. Allbatteries was shown to have charger and batteries compatible with Bosch. When my order arrived the charger sent was a 2 pin plug compatible only with continental Europe. When I finally got through to customer services, I was told that it was my fault for ordering a 2 pin plug. The lady I spoke to was very rude and not understanding my complaint, when I advised I live in the UK why would I buy a 2 pin plug, at that she hung up.
I would strongly recommend nobody in the UK buy from this company due to them selling continental European goods in the uk market, I was told on numerous occasions that I should have checked the small print that states if you order the wrong item you are responsible for its return not them, why would I buy a charger that I need to go to French to plug in. Unbelievable customer service, please buy elsewhere.

What I ordered was not what I got.

I ordered AML90304 but got a AML90222 with 5.0Ah sticker on it. The weight wasn't in line with the description. The shape wasn't in line with the description.

The thing works just fine. It's just that it's (almost certainly) not a 5Ah battery but the regular 2.8Ah one with a different sticker on it.

Fast delivery easy to deal with the product worked perfectly would definitely recommend

I ordered a gel battery for one of my motorcycles. It is FULBAT gel battery, which is an excellent brand, and requires no maintenance. I have the same on my other motorbike, and it works raining, shine or heatwave. The old battery did not like sitting in the sun, and required topping up. I know how much better it is to have a gel battery which just works and works - the other one is five years old and never gives any problems. Price was competitive, and delivery from France was about a week. Thank you.

Ordered a replacement batery for a Dyson vacuum. The battery was clearly been used, it had the wear and tear marks and marks of the screws. They get used items, they clean them, stick a new label and sell broken items as new. Also, based in France, warehouse, customer service and shipping comes from france so delivery takes a few extra days as a result. Don't dream to get to speak to anybody.

I think this is the first time I have left negative feedback, normally I can't be bothered if service or a product is poor.
However, their customer service is shocking, I ordered two batteries and paid for them via a credit card, the order confirmation duly arrived with the correct shipping address, unfortunately they were sent to the wrong address in a different part of the country.
They won't answer the phone, nor will they call you back if you leave a message.
Every email is answered with an automated reply advising they will reply within 48hours, then I'm advised the batteries have been delivered, I then email to say the wrong address, and this ping pong has continued for weeks.
I have now received a full refund from my credit card company.
Hopefully your experience with company is more pleasant than mine.

All Good The battery seems to be of a good quality the Price and Delivery Time was acceptable

Ordered a motorcycle battery through them, gave me an ETA of 8 working days, the information they gave hadn't updated for a week so I emailed, an email back after 4 working days (6 days in totality) came back unhelpful and did not provide the information I was after, I tried to phone them on four seperate occassions, never got through, never heard back from them after leaving a voicemail and contact information, after two weeks couldn't keep sitting on my hands hoping a company with zero contactability will deliver what they sell.

AllBatteries were able to supply a battery that I could not find anywhere else. Received it quickly and it does the job. 10 out of 10 from me!

I ordered 6 batteries, which arrived. Unfortunately, one of them was an incorrect model. They sent me a returns labwl which I duly used and immediately returned the battery. I have now been chasing by phone and email for almost a month for a replacement or refund, but have had absolutely no reply. All customer service calls go to answer phone. Messages left are ignored and emails ignored also. Disgraceful behaviour. Will now have to instigate chargeback on credit card.

Ordered a battery for my motorbike on the 4th of July. 20 days later still no battery. They don't answer the phone or respond to emails. Crap service. Don't use. I'll end up buying another battery from somewhere else. Really poor.

Good product at a competitive price. Only drawback was advice of delay due to stock only available from abroad but this was countered by an accelerated delivery which met my timescale.

Well, ordered battery which should to have 8 days delivery time, tried call couple of times company(nobody bother to pick up a phone)
Battery arrived 15 days later, so trying return it, because motorbike is already sold. Send email, still waiting.
Bad experience is also experience. Maybe just unlucky.
