Fuse Lenses Anmeldelser

All of the Fuse staff has been very very helpful to me in the purchase and delivery tracking of my package. The product is great. Will definatley purchase from them again.

I bought a pair of lenses a few months ago, and I severely scratched them this past weekend. I emailed them with my issue and provided my order number and they, without hesitation, warrantied me a new pair and are already in the mail! 100% will buy again and recommend to friends

Sent I a warranty request and get a response very quick. Excellent customer service.

These lenses are so much better than the stock lenses my raybands came with! I can see stuff in the water when fishing and are very durable. Customer service is friendly and give quick responses.

Great communication. Timely responses. Good customer service.

Dropped my sunglasses riding my motorcycle and they got a few scratches. Requested a replacement for the scratches and they are sending me a new pair free, no questions asked! Will 100% use them for future purchases!

Fantastic product as always - but even better is their people and service! For example- I ordered the wrong lenses for my wife’s frames. They sent me a label to return and made sure I and the right ones for her. Great team at Fuse Lenses- always my go to!!

Fuse lenses is the ONLY way to replace your high end sunglass lenses!

They were so quick to respond to my email requesting a replacement order. Highly recommend! I will be ordering lenses from you from now on!

Great experience with customer service and the 1 time replacement policy. I had some FUSE lenses that I used for several years for ocean watersports which got a real work out but ultimately had some layering coming off at the edges. FUSE replaced these no problems even after more than 3 years. Many thanks

Fuse lenses not only carries a variety of replacement lenses for multiple name brands, but they also carry their own sunglasses. Their own brand holds up as well as any higher priced name brand frame. The other reason for 5 stars is for their outstanding customer service. They answer your emails or even social media messages quickly and fix any concerns you may have.

Very happy with the fast service

I had a small issue with my original order, which could have been my fault, and the team at fuse corrected the problem very quickly. I have since had a warranty claim and once again, the fuse team has delivered. Im very satisfied with their customer service.

Fuse lens is a great company to deal with from placement of orders , warranties and customer service!
