Michael was the salesman who was helpful and not pushy, he took time to tell us the details we needed to know and what impressed us most was when we had a problem with delivery he sorted it out for us quickly and efficiently,

Purchasing the sofa was an easy, smooth and enjoyable experience with all credit to Crina

Michael was very accomodating, patient, and very informative. He gave us drinks and answered all our queries. Overall, our experience was great because of his calm demeanor and great service. We made a choice to buy a sofa because the discount and the service.

Months of deliberation we spent £ 6.600 at stevenage store with michael excellent sales rep stood out and talked to me as valuable customer
Delivery was organised but was disjointed and stressfull as 2 different companies sofa 1 excellent 2 was flat packedfurniture i am still not happy for how much we paid to see flat packed furniture made up in our lounge.
The sideboard was a missleading desigh in brochure to what was it in reality
clearly miss represented in brochure and miss sold
well i went to see store manager wayne he said he was going on holiday and would speak to his men to try and me nothing
I had to chase saw michael and wayne said his men no can’t do anything the point he didn’t seem intrested
I spoke to michael and looked at side table
wayne said he would give me £10 discount
To be honest i am stunned the way we have been treated especially after taking gesture of 24 cup cakes after the sale
disappointed dosent even cut how we feel i called store was told wayne would only give £10 discount £99 side table gesture of good will for a unit that is just a display cabinet not a storage facility which is what we needed and what we were showh in brochure

called head office they said it down to stevenage shocking
we ordered our previous furniture from loyal customers came back to furniture village and gave recommendations will be now talking to the credit card company as feel this disappointing non intrest of miss represention and miss selling after taking your money no interest into a issue that is caused from company miss representing their goods this a store issue of product knowledge but more importantly furniture village head office.
no one cares absolutely discusting to be honest spoilt the way we have been treated
great until their mistake at head office with brochure and to be honest it is good admission on july 10 so no £10 discount is not good enough on side table gesture,
i will add the item s are all in same room and we looked at something else no option sadly but no intrest to resolve this so we will seek our credit card next extremely g

We recently purchased our new sofa set from Furniture Village in Stevenage and had a great experience. Michael was very helpful, answering all of our questions without being at all pushy, which we really appreciated. We can’t wait to receive them. The delivery timeframe was very reasonable, and after visiting several other sofa retailers, we found the quality and comfort at Furniture Village to be the best by far. We’d happily recommend both the store and Michael for the excellent service so far.

Dealt with with Michael Hackworthy who was a pleasure to deal with. No pressure applied whatsoever and encouraged me to compare with the competition (which I did). Although never cheap, the quality and salesmanship won the day for me.

A lovely member of staff a gentleman named Philip was very helpful and patient.

Sales service was incredible, installation of our 2 products was fast but damage was caused to our ceiling which am least impressed. Spoke to customer services sent pictures as requested but have heard nothing, shame.

Billy was very helpful. He quickly understood the problem and responded quickly with an email advising next steps, so all good so far.

fantastic customer service we went to Stevenage branch to look for reclining armchairs we was looked after by Michael we was offered Coffee and cookies I’m in a wheelchair we was made very welcoming the chairs were on the ground floor but a lift is available if we wanted to to go upstairs we was allowed to sit in snd test out the reclining chairs and shown colour swatches Michael showed us how the recliner works he explained about a care plan for the chairs he was very patient and we left happy with an order in place and looking forward to our delivery highly recommended store

great furniture , well made, great instalment.
slight hiccup with delivery but apart from that very good

The staff were friendly but gave us plenty of time on our own to browse . We then returned a week later to order two sofas . Phil was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us .
