Excellent service by and Adrian I love the bed 😊

Pleased we were left alone to have a good look on first arriving as we knew what we were looking for. Reassured by Aamere that he was around to answer any queries when we were ready which is what happened and subsequently an order was placed.

We had a very good experience today, both the salesman and manager were so helpful, having never bought an adjustable bed before, they gave us every possible information about the company and the product, so polite, helpful, explaining in detail and allowed us to test the bed out in comfort, also enjoyed a cup of coffee, can’t fault this company and staff, thank you.

Adrian answered all our questions and queries. We didn't feel pressured in any way. We felt reassured that we had a aftercare service and support in place.

We were greeted on entry, but allowed to browse without being hassled. We were given sufficient time to try out sofas. We’re able to ask questions and received solid, honest answers. Our advisor Cush was very helpful.

Went looking to order new furniture - Kush offered excellent advice without being too pushy. He talked us through various options regarding our order again without doing a “hard sell”.

From the salesman who was great to the delivery guys who just as great giving great customer service and support .We are very happy with our furniture the sales man we dealt with in store was exceptional very helpful. The 2 delivery gents were both very good at their jobs no problem from beginning to the end .

Had excellent service today from Kush at the store. He understood exactly what we wanted and was soon able to deal with our order, and as we were returning customers he ensured that we were given a good price. Had visited a nearby store specialising in oak furniture prior to visiting Furniture Village but found the member of staff we saw to be very pushy and did not consider products met our requirements.

Now looking forward to receiving our order and I presume the quality of our purchase will be equal to the service we received today.
