We had a fantastic experience at the Solihull Furniture Village branch!

From the moment we walked in, Alex made us feel welcome and completely at ease. He was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and took the time to answer all of our questions without ever making us feel pressured. He made us coffee and even gave us cookies at the end of our visit.

What really stood out was how fun and enjoyable he made the whole experience. Buying furniture can sometimes feel overwhelming, but Alex's friendly personality, great sense of humour, and genuine enthusiasm made it a pleasure. His advice was spot on, and he helped us find exactly what we were looking for.

We had excellent service from Khush at the Solihull branch. He wasn't pushy just left us to browse, then answered our questions when we had made our choice. Definitely will recommend to friends and family.

We had very specific needs in our bedroom furniture and was really struggling to find something that was the right size, colour and style. It was only with the help of Leon that we found the perfect one. He was very patient, making suggestions and giving us ideas of what might work. He knew the range well and only with his patience and understanding of what we were looking for did we find what we wanted

Kush was excellent at ensuring that we were happy with the product we chose, making sure that our decision to buy a particular sofa and a bed frame will give us a great experience and longevity of use.

Aamir was very professional , helpful but also very considerate and not pushy . He took time to explain the working of the table that I purchased. Didn’t push to upsell 6 chairs instead of the 4 I actually required. , for me this was important, he listened to my requirements . Because of his courtesy I actually ended up buying the extra cover , again he didn’t try the hard sell a lot of store staff do , for me this approach worked better.

We had a great experience at Furniture Village thanks to Mr Khushi. We purchased a king-size bed and mattress, a double bed, two sofas, and a dining table with chairs. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy, taking the time to help us choose the right furniture for our home. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I needed a sofa in a hurry, the chap in the store (sorry can’t remember his name) was really helpful and found a customer return sofa that was just what I needed. He gave us option to collect it from the warehouse and ensured it was ready for us when we got there.
