We had the most fantastic experience with Dawn at Furniture Village in Rugby. My mum is THE MOST SPECIFIC customer and Dawn literally answered every single question or qualm she had and was so knowledgeable about all of the products. She actually made the process so fun, and got several cackles out of the whole family. (And it really is like herding cats trying to wrangle and get approval from all three generations of my family).

Whatever you’re paying this lady, it isn’t enough. She’s an absolute star.

Went in to the store today to have a look at mattresses for a new bed frame arriving in a few weeks. We discussed our needs and what we liked and didn’t like, these were discussed with Ash who was very kind and his customer service was great. We settled for a new mattress after some back and forward on our part. But we settled and not pressured into buying or upselling.

Ash from Rugby is fantastic! So patient and accommodating and demonstrates excellent professionalism and customer service! 21 stars because 5 isn’t enough.

Alan was absolutely brilliant he was very professional had a fantastic sense of humour I described what we wanted and he immediately found the perfect match couldn’t recommend him highly enough
