I have found a sofa of choice, i had optional colours with the sofa, i was not rushed by Sean and he helped me to choose, he was polite and friendly, i received a lovely customer service from him, he also gave me a good deal with the sofa to which im pleased with, i am just happy to have new sofas for Xmas and it is real leather this time. Thanks Sean .

They listen and really spend time explaining the details about mattresses and frames. Impressed.

We found entering the store , felt friendly , staff member Rob , very up polite explained , lay out of store , he made our visit easy, in choices we was looking for , let us walk freely all over the store , with out pressure , we numbered out sofas down x2 , then any questions we wanted to ask was explained , again he didn’t rush us , time we took , we also went to the other furniture places then went back to Rob for more questions,
We did find the sofa of our choice .

I am trying to remain objective regarding my experience with Furniture Village; however, based on my experience, I would be reluctant to recommend the company.

I purchased a table and chairs with an estimated delivery time of 11 weeks. The order was not delivered until 25 weeks later, communication was dire and when it finally arrived, an incorrect chair had been supplied and essential screws were missing. Faced another four-week wait for the missing parts. Assembly was paid for but never took advantage of due to deliveries all over the place.

The lack of communication throughout the process has been extremely disappointing. At no stage have I received an apology for the delays and errors, and my interactions with the Complaints Team have not provided a satisfactory resolution.

As a result of the poor customer service and lack of regard shown to me as a customer, I would not consider purchasing from Furniture Village again. While I have always found the quality of the products to be good, I have significant concerns regarding the overall customer experience.

Steven made the experience. He was very calm, not pushy but very knowledgeable when we had any questions. Both my wife and I said what a super experience it was.

We were really impressed with Rob who left us to browse around with no hassle when we decided what we wanted we called him over he offered us a hot drink and then described all the features of the furniture and answered any further questions that we had.The purchase was straightforward and we are very pleased with the service we received from Rob

Rob was extremely helpful in helping us buy a 3 seater and 2 seater sofa, with footstool. He explained everything perfectly, took us through all the options and got us exactly what we needed, whilst providing a good deal.

Great experience we had , rob assist us to choose us correct product according to our comfort and budget. Very helpful and great customer service.

We had a great experience. Steve was very helpful, informative and allowed us to make our decision. Was on hand to advise but did not feel pressured to buy, spend over budget. Lots of options available.

Rob Sharman was fantastic he was helpful, knowledgeable,polite and friendly. We came to buy a rug and he took the time to show us how they look on the floor rather than the hanger. Big difference! We are pleased with our purchases. He also double checked our paperwork attention to detail. We also bought a clearance light, very happy. Orpington branch Sevenoaks way.

When we first visited the store we were welcomed by friendly staff who directed us where to go and look for what we wanted as it's quitec a big store.
We decided what we liked and came home hoping to come soon to place an order.
We received a very encouraging voicemail from Rob asking to attend the store so he could help and advise on our choice.
When we arrived he was very helpful with regards to our choice and showed us other similar items for comparison.
There was no pressure selling to buy straight away. He was advising us about the product in detail and what colour is the best match etc.
He demonstrated excellent knowledge, courtesy and patience. He was very busy moving chairs from one table to another just to see show us how it matches and looks overall.Because of his initiative, we chose a totally different product which we thought was much better than the one we chose originally. Rob has this great quality that the customer always comes first and must be happy what they like. He certainly showed that by helping us to make the right decision.
We felt very relaxed with Rob as he went out if his way to help us. He is an asset to your company.

Was served by Leigh, Who I found to be very helpful and efficient in his role of salesman, I did not feel rushed at all and he explained all extras and the roll they played in keeping furniture in good condition, I would definitely return to store when in need of any further furniture *****

We ordered table and chairs with a promise of 7 day delivery. It's now been 14 days and we are still waiting. The 7 day promise on certain items .

Update. Notification received that table would be delivered 15th September and without any notice delivery date changed to 17th. Table finally delivered but wrong size!!
