I wanted to send this mirror to my daughter for anniversary present. After having difficulties online I rang up customer services. The lady informed me that I could not use a different billing address ( I was paying for it) to the delivery address? I have never had this problem with any other company. Had to have it delivered to me and then send or take it to her myself. Lancs to Stafford.

Jamil/JT and colleague arrived this morning to deliver, and assessmble 2 leather swivel chairs and footstools. They were polite, pleasant and removed their shoes, assembled the furniture effecintly and swiftly.

After a monumental mistake made by the manufacturers.
Terri has been an absolute star and sorted this out without a second thought.
Terri emailed or called when she promised and reassured us it will be sorted out to our satisfaction.
She (Terri) was a breath of fresh air

So far order placed with no hiccups in sight, and already recieved a detailed update of what stage the order is standing at. For now, cannot ask for anything else.

Went to showroom to see the chairs as were advertised in stock. On arrival, not there, ok i'll order online. Assuming i could return if i didnt like, as i couldnt see before i buy. Nope buy in store no returns! Came home ordered online,simple. Got stung with delivery as edinburgh branch doesnt have a collection point.🤞there ok, or theyll be getting returned.

You had everything on one site. I would have loved the furniture to have come out together but it is a sign of the times.

We were making a large purchase, and Lauren was able to guide us through the process easily whilst making it an enjoyable experience for us. She was also knowledgeable about the product as she has it herself, which was handy for my partner to know

My partner and I spoke with Lauren today to place an order for a Tempur mattress - she was incredibly helpful and informative, while also being friendly, kind, and bubbly. It was an absolute pleasure speaking with Lauren today, and she made the purchase experience even more enjoyable. Give her a raise immediately, 10/10

Placed order via internet but there is no clear place to contact to follow up with a query - either have to choose post-delivery Care or Sales. Selected Sales team and agent gave me the impression she wasn't really interested/listening (concious my call will have been preventing her making new sales). Poor first experience. Admin team sorted query and were very good - hence not a 1 star!

The product I ordered seems to have evaporated into the ether. If I'd known that there wasn't prompt delivery I never would have ordered. Not a happy customer.

So simple to order and easy to understand all the jargon

Went to the Abingdon store to find the ideal sofa with the help of Lou we found what we were after, came home discussed our options then placed the order.
