The staff in the shop were good, helping us to make a decision and the furniture looked good. The one-star review is for the post purchase support which is incredibly poor. The sofa was damaged, and I had to argue with them to get it replaced. My second sofa, which we have been waiting for 12 weeks, apparently was left for over 2 weeks in their Milton Keyne's warehouse, with no-one contacting us to arrange delivery. I have been chasing them to sort out delivery. Overall, shop staff good, post-purchase support is very poor and I would not recommend this company because of their after sales support (or lack of).

We went to buy a mattress today which is always a difficult job, but we had Nick Cameron to help us through the process, he was amazing!

The sales assistant Stewart was very friendly and helpful . We made 2 visits to the store, firstly to look and secondly to buy. Stewart was very knowledgable about the products and answered all of our questions. He showed us all the various styles and fabrics we were interested in. We took up a lot of his time but he was very patient and accommodating, not pressurising us at all.

The order was input and paid for but then on checking the items ordered they were incorrect and incomplete. This resulted in an attempt to rectify but ended up with it being cancelled and starting afresh. Exited the shop and then realised we’d been given a copy of the incorrect order so we had to return and request the correct version. Overall it wasn’t a smooth process and took over and hour to complete.

Wasn't jumped on when walked in. Martyn helped with questions and was very knowledgeable without being pushy.
Because of Martyns approach (not bombarding us) I felt more comfortable and so I decided to purchase from yourselves rather than go back to DFS next door and purchase their Newsome range sofas. Fabulous customer service.

Ordered a sofa today and was served by Nick Cameron at the Castle Marina store.
Nick was superb, very knowledgeable, lovely friendly personality .
Fingers crossed the sofa is as good as Nick was .

I had an excellent experience purchasing my sofa thanks to the outstanding service from the Stewart Jordan ,sales consultant. From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. They took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, answered all my questions patiently, and guided me through the different options to find the perfect sofa for my home.

Their professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly attitude made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. It’s rare to receive customer service of this quality these days, and I truly appreciated the extra effort they made to ensure I was happy with my purchase. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for great service and expert advice.

Very impressed with selection and especially service we initially received from the young assistant Charlie Reynolds as he gave us just the right amount of attention whilst other staff members were seemingly on their breaks!
He hung around us and answered what questions we had seeking help when he was unsure. He made us feel valued and although we couldn’t commit on the day, he certainly made us want to come back.
We did so around 4 weeks later and Charlie wasn’t available as he only worked part time as he was studying.
We were served by David who we eventually placed the order with but wanted to recognise Charlie as we probably wouldn’t have returned without his involvement.
The process of ordering seemed unnecessarily lengthy but we got there in the end and look forward to receiving our table & chairs in due course.

Staff are really nice and go above and beyond especially Stewart Jordan because he got everything sorted with ease for us. Furniture village gives you good sofas at amazing prices. cookies, brownies, beverages are amazing and the sofas, the showroom are good and good quality. This would be the first place I would come to buy a sofa and have a browse around.
